Throughout the entire process, Kyle maintained clear and consistent communication, always keeping us informed and reassured. We’re truly so grateful to Kyle for his support, professionalism, and genuine approach, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We were so impressed that we’ve even recommended two other people to contact Kyle to help them find a property to rent. We also had the pleasure of meeting his colleague Mehmet when completing the final payment and collecting our keys. He was equally professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring everything was handled seamlessly. A big thank you to both Kyle and Mehmet for their outstanding service. Although they specialize in lettings, they handled the sale of our property with absolute expertise and professionalism. 27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
