Northwood are easy to contact, respond very quickly and are very friendly. Moving in was hassle free, although I did have to sign and date every single page of a 45 page inventory which felt a bit excessive. The property was relatively clean when I moved in, although there were some glaring oversights - it was not a professional clean. Issues with the property were quickly fixed.... Read more

I have been renting from this agent for a number of years now and never have had a problem with them, any issues that i have had ie general maintenance of the properties i have been renting they are quick to sort the issues out. All the staff that i have dealt with ie Anita, Jenni, Gillian and katie plus others are friendly, polite, professional and hard working.
