14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I highly recommend Martin & Co. Matt was amazing throughout my whole journey, from viewing to completion. He was very patient, kind, transparent, and knowledgeable. He never made me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. As a first time buyer, I was incredibly nervous but this experience has been very positive for me with the help of great estate agent!!! I was kept updated every step of the way and Matt even proactively chased the solicitors to keep things moving. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you soooo much ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Very quick sale. Excellent staff, Daren, Jamie, Melissa and Katie. They have made the process much less stressful than it could have been! Very proactive and straight forward.
24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Every time I use an estate agent I'm reminded of how rude and unprofessional these guys are. I suggest you use any other agent in the area as these agents made my life hell during my second year of university. Awful people and corrupt. Offered a friend a car parking space near the property in exchange for a good review. So please bare that in mind when looking through the reviews.

Edit to add: I absolutely was a customer for one year. Shocking that they have tried to say I wasn't. Let this be another red flag for any potentially renters.
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Harassing me with letters every few days since my house went on the market with a different agent. I called and asked to be removed from their list but that was ignored. Received approximately 20 letters. What a waste of paper and money

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Very professional and extremely helpful. Great communication for any queries I've ever had. I'd definitely recommend Chinneck Shaw.- 21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)A very long purchase process was only bearable thanks to Julie B in the Portsmouth/Southsea office. So many frustrating delays and countless calls to Julie who was always available to help, chase and follow up. We really appreciated her effort and professional manner assisting us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the area.
- 29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I am very grateful for Jeffries Dibben in Southsea for selling my deceased mother’s retirement flat which I inherited. It was difficult for me, as I live about 20 miles away, and there was much work needed in the flat, and (now over 80) I was needed good advice as to how to bring the property to a sellable state.
And the helpful advice continued when the property was ready to be sold. They handled viewings for me, and had a reliable process for letting tradespeople in for essential work (of which much was needed). In this difficult market, when a buyer pulled out they were quickly back working for me again. Thank you to Eddie, Brenda, Amy and Molly for always being a hard working, helpful pleasant and effective team and enabling me to get on with the rest of my life!
27th May 2022 (4 years ago)Had a good experience with them. Joe really helped and was quick in replying to mails. Very professional Will definitely recommend
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Nexa highly enough for the support they gave us throughout the sale of our house and the purchase of our onward property.

Our agent was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, ensuring we had a consistent level of interest in our property, kept us regularly updated, provided thorough feedback.

Having the same agent involved in both the sale and our purchase made the whole experience feel seamless, making sure that solicitors, and everyone involved, kept to a tight timeline.

The result was an incredibly smooth process that took just eight weeks from start to finish, this couldn’t have been achieved without the support and communication from the Nexa team.
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)My mum and I have been working with Lee Skinner the past couple of months and we have found him to be a fantastic support during the process. He always kept us in the loop and helped us with all our questions and concerns. Thank you so much, Lee!
18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Bushnell Porter estate agents are a very professional team. We just recently sold our Dads house through them and with the help of Tim Kingsbury, who went above and beyond, it was a very smooth transition. Would definitely recommend Lesley P.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have used Matt and the team a few time for our mortgages now. Communication is always excellent! Highly recommend.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Leaders has always been an agent I have trusted wholeheartedly. Whether I have been a tenant or a landlord, I have always felt confident choosing to work with Leaders.

I’d also like to take this opportunity to give a special thank you to my new Property Manager, Mia Bamford. She is responsible, patient and attentive, and above all, incredibly efficient? this gives me great peace of mind.

Thank you, Leaders, for being such an important part of my life over the years. I truly appreciate your continued support and excellent service.
26th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Charlie Baker has been amazing throughout the process of me selling my flat. He persuaded me to sell through fox and sons and has helped me whenever I’ve needed it during the sale. I cannot recommend him enough, he always seems happy and has a smile on his face and makes you feel so very important. Highly recommend Charlie to be the next Manager as he keeps the Southsea office going regardless!!
