5th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. We will definitely be using these for any future properties and highly recommend, thank you so much for your help. You made buying a property so much easier at such a tough time. I couldn’t

12th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)Just wanted to say what a great team Mann have, especially their newest recruit Katie. She has the perfect mix of relating to potential buyers and their needs and maximising a sale while totally looking after the Vendors interests and keeping them up to date at all times. She is easy to talk to and very approachable and also wise beyond her years when it comes to negotiating. She puts you at ease during stressful times and makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. A special mention must also go to Darren , he has a vast wealth of experience, works really hard behind the scenes and visibly cares about his clients. Nothing is too much trouble and he is just a really nice man.
13th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)Had a flat viewing with one agent. He told me that I was able to afford this property. I couldn't help but think how dose he know this, I never gave any information nor did he ask for any. I won't be using these people for anything, honesty shows a person's true character.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 17th Jan 2025 (14 weeks ago)After a long wait for Probate, Bernards "sold" the house in a week of going live! The team was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of all aspect of the sale. Very happy.

From start to finish, he was personable, honest, and incredibly proactive. When selling, he provided clear and constructive feedback from viewings, helping us understand what potential buyers were thinking and where we could improve. The professional photography he arranged really made our property stand out. On the buying side, Steve was invaluable during negotiations, always keeping us informed on the seller’s position and helping us make the right offer. As things progressed, there were challenges within the chain, and without Steve’s persistence in chasing other agents and keeping everything moving, we might not have completed at all. If you’re buying or selling in Clanfield or Horndean, we highly recommend Steve—he genuinely goes above and beyond.

Our first encounter was an emotional one, as I was tired of the problems I was facing in the property, but Marcie ????.. saw how I was broken and affected. Marcie took it upon herself to fight for me and she did not rest until the job was done. ???????? Not fully completed ???????? This review is how Marcie has handled my problems at the property and also how she managed to be the voice to the landlord and the contractors. ???????????? Marcie, I am very heart broken ???? to hear that you won't be my housing manager, as you are being moved. ???? I found a friend and also THE BEST EVER housing manager Leaders has even given me for the years I have been a tenant. YOU ARE THE BEST AT YOUR JOB, YOU ARE THE BEST AS A PERSON YOU ARE THE BEST AS AN ADVOCATE FOR TENANTS. I will truly miss you ???? You will always be in my prayers for greater opportunities in your career. YOU DESERVE A BIG PROMOTION ???????????????????????????????? I would recommend Leaders as long as Marcie is their housing Manager or a branch manager ????
