Holly was brilliant at keeping me informed of whats happening and liaising between me and the sellers. Hopefully I wont need an EA for several years but I would use them again!

5th Oct 2024 (9 weeks ago)After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. We will definitely be using these for any future properties and highly recommend, thank you so much for your help. You made buying a property so much easier at such a tough time. I couldn’t
31st Aug 2024 (14 weeks ago)Lacie Bray knew the market and exactly how to get us the sale and price we wanted. We cannot knock Barnards as they did everything as required and got us 4 offers in the first week. We wanted a quick sale and they have ensured that we got what we wanted.

Mellissa was really helpful and positive, showed me a lot of properties and gave me an insight of ones that weren't even listed online yet. Mellissa is really great to work with, so if you're thinking of using MANN estate agents, you'll be lucky to get Mellissa to help you.

I couldn't help but think how dose he know this, I never gave any information nor did he ask for any. I won't be using these people for anything, honesty shows a person's true character.

13th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)13/10/2024 I am not sure what has happened to MD, but it seems selling a house via this agent is frustrating, there simply isn’t any pro activeness, it’s all reactive and lack communication. You have to chase them to find out what’s going on and how far the sale has progressed. And when you chase they react by saying let me look into that and come back, they should be on top of each sell, not let me find out which them seem to take days Clearly standard have dropped. Years ago they would actively sort things out. Background- Currently selling my house via this agent, they found a buyer within 4 weeks ie in July this year, however, so far lost about another 4 weeks just waiting on information for buyers solicitors from this agent. I was told they had id check delays, then told just an admin issue not a buyer issue. Memos have been requested. and then told It is our extra id checks that takes a little while with credas. etc. All this took 4 plus weeks. mean time we waited for buyers solicitors, and finally they came back and said they had not been instructed by this buyer. When Agent tried contact then no answer, the agent could not get hold of this buyer, so started the whole process again. Was advise best to put the house back on the market. luckily we found a second buyer mid Aug, however, its now been 8 weeks, and the progression of the sale is at best slow, I have to keep chasing the agent to find out what is going on, and that itself losses days and they do not seem on top of what is going on, "let me find out" seem to be the phase they use. Surly its in their interest to be on top of each sale and move it forward.

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

6th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)Having spoken to several agents before putting our house on the market it was clear from our initial introduction that Steve rose above the competition in every aspect, which from our experience has proved to be the case. Having now completed the sale I could honestly recommend his outstanding service to others looking for a professional, very well organised and friendly agent. We received first class service at all levels of communication which were met with immediate response and answered by Steve in person, leaving us feeling as though we were VIP clients! Full marks to Steve and his team for the energy and effort that provides this level of service and expertise.
5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
