When we encountered challenges due to overlapping dates, she showed genuine understanding of our concerns and went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation successfully. She worked proactively to ensure that the application and processing could still proceed smoothly. Her instructions were always clear, well explained, and easy to follow. Courtney was extremely patient when we had questions, taking the time to guide us through each step and thoughtfully offering different options that would work best for our circumstances. Throughout the process, she kept us regularly updated and provided reassurance whenever we felt uncertain, which made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication were truly appreciated.

17th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)Im not a customer, ive never contacted them and never interacted with them up until they stole my personal information (email,phone. Home address) to use for marketing, ignored when i requested a SAR about what information they have held on me, for what purpose ,and how they obtained it. Ignored it beyond the legal deadline , ive also made an offical complaint and thats also been ignored.
17th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)We have sold two houses in 2025 with Chapplins and it was a no brainer to choose Chapplins in our most recent sale after our first experience. Darren one of the Directors has been fantastic throughout the sale, we were lucky that we had lots of viewing mostly conducted by Sarah who knew her stuff and was very complimentary. Selina and Kirsty were very good keeping me informed on the phone of viewings and updates. Unfortunately my neighbour was causing some trouble which meant our first buyer pulled out but within a week of my house going back up for sale we had another buyer. Darren paid close attention to the sale progression due to the neighbour nuisance we had and we all worked together with the nominated solicitor firm Bramsdon & Childs to tackle it correctly and effectively. The property went live the end of August and completed mid-December and that’s with the first buyer pulling out, so the process has been as smooth and quick as Chapplins could have made it and they found us excellent buyers. Moving/selling a house can be so stressful but Chapplins helped every step of the way. Thank you Darren and team!

Steve showed us the property on several occasions and was friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help during viewings. When things became difficult later in the process, Emma stepped in and was outstanding. Communication with the seller had become challenging and we were close to walking away, but Emma kept discussions going and helped both sides reach an agreement. We genuinely don’t think the sale would have gone through without her involvement. A big thank you to Emma and the rest of the team for going above and beyond when it mattered most. My partner and I are over the moon and finally enjoying our new home.

They have a Sales Progressor who keeps in contact with all parties - buyer, seller, solicitors etc to ensure everything stays on track.

They were extremely patient and kept us informed of status on a very regular basis. Achieved, in our opinion, the right selling price for our property and understood our requirements. A little different to your conventional Estate Agents, messages are exchanged on WhatsApp and email which really suits those with a busy lifestyle. All the team were on hand to assist with any queries, special thanks to Becky, Caroline, Karen, Michelle, who all helped us along the way. I would recommend Bayzos to anyone thinking of moving.

From start to finish, he was personable, honest, and incredibly proactive. When selling, he provided clear and constructive feedback from viewings, helping us understand what potential buyers were thinking and where we could improve. The professional photography he arranged really made our property stand out. On the buying side, Steve was invaluable during negotiations, always keeping us informed on the seller’s position and helping us make the right offer. As things progressed, there were challenges within the chain, and without Steve’s persistence in chasing other agents and keeping everything moving, we might not have completed at all. If you’re buying or selling in Clanfield or Horndean, we highly recommend Steve—he genuinely goes above and beyond.

15th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)We put our house in the market to sell, however service was very disappointing. They were very keen to get the survey and conveyancing team to try and get a deposit of almost £300 from us before any viewings took place. Very difficult to get hold of for updates and only when I emailed the Regional Director Neil Parker I would then all of a sudden get a call from the Manager. We had the property on the market for 2 months and only came up with 2 viewings from the same person. I strongly advise anyone reading this to please use a different agent.
