We’ve been without hot water since 26th Dec, reported to Pattison on 27th Dec and still nothing has been done. We’ve been without any hot water supply and Pattison had done nothing to help fix this issue. Keep passing the buck & still telling us they need landlord’s authorisation to carry out any repair work, even a temporary fix, still refusing to give us the landlord’s contact details to speak and ask for him to look into this matter urgently. We’re so disappointed with the irresponsible behaviour from both Pattison & the landlord.... Read more
