Nothing was too much trouble, customer service was excellent, they acknowledged calls and emails and acted on them straight away. After having dealings with other estate agents I had lost faith in the system but William H Brown at Mexbrough completely changed my opinion of the house buying process, they helped make the process so easy. Thank you

23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have rented a property via Blundells Rotherham and at times it was difficult to get them over phone. I urge them to pick up voice mails and respond to emails in a timely manner. But once someone takes up the issue, then there is no problem

Then when you get contacted by Facebook from a potential buyer who has asked WH Brown to view it over a week ago and did not get rang back by Brown's. What am I paying them to do !!!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

Never heard anything from them had 2 viewings in 6 moths. We swapped estate agents and had 6 viewings in 2 days and sold witching 3 weeks.
