Their motivation in marketing properties, their drive to secure buyers, and their professional ethos in shepharding the sales through to completion are absolutely on-point. Communication and customer service are the two skills that stand out as being exemplary, and I can say this for every Hunters agent, which makes every correspondence clear, timely and a pleasure. There is no question of choice of Estate Agents in this area for me, Hunters are the one.

23rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I've been letting a property since September 14th, 2023. My lease is due to expire on September 13th, 2024. I have been trying to get a response as to whether my lease can be continued. I contacted the lettings team on July 15th which lead to a request for further information which was provided on July 17th. July 29th, still no response to contacted the office only to be advised the person dealing with it was on AL until August 1st but someone would make the agent aware and to contact me. August 15th I still had no response to emailed yet again. We are now on August 23rd and still nobody has had the courtesy to email me back with an update. Frustrating but typical attitude of the attitude of the branch for the last 12 months.- 8th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)This Estate Agent has been so helpful and kind, and have been extremely helpful through the whole process. 6th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)I have dealt with the Your Move Doncaster branch since 2013, and I have always had a great experience. Most of this time was to let out my property in Doncaster - the service received from Emma, Liz and the lettings team was always professional and on the rare occasions a tenant left they always had a new tenant ready to move in straight away. More recently my experience has been around selling the same property, again the service from Katie, Holly and the sales team has also been fantastic. It was quite a slow sale but they were always on hand to chase things up and answer any questions. Basically, I would 100% recommend the Your Move Doncaster branch!

4th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)They advertised a house on Barkby Road in Wincobank, which had a defective title due to a missing leasehold title. I then found out the seller had divided the land at the side and rear as they lived on the adjoining road (which the seller kindly never informed me). Haybrook Chapeltown then had the audacity to call me when they relisted the property apparently after the seller sorted the title issue (I bought my house at this point). Looking on Rightmove seems like some poor soul has agreed to purchase this property as it's now showing as sold STC hopefully their solicitors carry out due diligence. £1,100 spent on a survey and solicitor fees but a bullet dodged gladly nonetheless.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)It all came about rather strangely. There was a house further up the street which is almost identical to ours and was up for sale and a couple tried to buy the other house but failed was interested in ours. Your representative came to us and asked if it would be alright for the couple to view ours. We cleared it with the estate agent we were with if it would be OK for them to view. They said it would allow a one contract one viewing. The couple came and viewed and put an offer in the next day. So the house was sold. You can thank your representative for being on the ball.
