15th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Can't recommend enough! We sold our house with William H Brown at the start of 2026. It was exaclty four weeks from their initial viewing to completion, which is so impressive (we were very lucky with certain things but they certainly didn't waste any time). Every little bit of progress, they would let us know. They did all of the fiddly bits like sorting all of the documents we need and they had a good relationship with our solicitors, as well as our buyer. Literally so easy for us. Sam was super helpful and you can tell they all really cared about finding the best buyer for us. So grateful, thank you!!

Always been very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Any issues I came across they ensured it was dealt with and sorted ASAP.

Nothing was ever to much trouble for her and any queries were dealt with straight away. The property was tenanted within the first few days of viewings. Thank you Charlie ?????

4th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Not very happy . payed for identity check to them,and another 2 identity checks with solicitors totalling £265.00. surely 1 identity check is good enough if you give national insurance which I have had from 15 year old. Easy to speak with and very well explained the process start to finish, any queries were answered quickly and they made sure you understood everything. Could not recommend them any higher, will use in future if I ever need to!

Emma made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even after I had moved in, she went above and beyond to assist me with an additional matter. That level of care and support truly made a difference. 17th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had and I would strongly advise people not to stay here. I had made a booking in booking.com for 2 nights. When we arrived, the property was clearly not properly prepared for guests. There was no hand soap anywhere and not a single hand towel or towel provided on arrival, which is basic hygiene that every accommodation should supply. Upstairs in the storage room there were dirty towels and bed sheets left lying around, which immediately showed the property had not been properly cleaned. Even worse, we found three sex toys left in a drawer, which was completely unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet properly, which just added to how poorly maintained the place was. I contacted Emma through the app messages and she said she had contacted the cleaning team, but there was no response. I waited over an hour to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nothing was resolved and no one helped. In the end, we had to leave the property around 10pm with nowhere to go and find alternative accommodation last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption because the property was simply not in a condition to host guests. Overall this place was unhygienic, poorly managed, and clearly not checked before guests arrived. Basic cleanliness and standards were completely lacking.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic! From the time Kelly came to do the valuation , take the photos to the board going up, the process was slick, professional and without intrusion. My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.
