Overall quite good and I would recommend. Fair price (probably smallest on the market), communicatios ok and managed to secure few offers in 3-4 weeks, last one being the final and accepted it. I got slightly more than I would have priced the market but less than the agent marketed it at. It is a bonus as it works out towards more deposit to new house. There were a few things that I would have wanted such as more marketing on more platforms etc however that’s just a small remark.
