A special thank you goes to Stuart, who was simply exceptional throughout. Stuart is a true 5-star agent — his communication was flawless, always proactive and professional. No question was too small, and he never left anything hanging. He guided me through every step of the process with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. I couldn’t have asked for better support. I’m also very grateful to the rest of the team (Brian, Philippa, Amy, Matt, and Steven) for their help throughout what turned out a challenging process. What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

1st Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

Keeping up to date with current legislation and updating me as and when required. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Karen and Sarah have been my contacts - never let me down

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. We were dreading a months long process but have solid offer in <1 month! I can’t praise him enough!
3rd Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)My mother has rented her house since the early 1980's, she & my late Father worked hard to make improvements to the property after moving in & Mum has kept it immaculate since. As I understand it her Landlord has always appreciated this & has been kind & helpful as a result. Following a fall before Christmas, Mum needed a Stairlift to be able to continue staying in her home & her Landlord agreed to allow one to be fitted. As Mum's Landlord's agents, Wards have been very helpful in arranging some of the works to carried out & Mum has commented before on just how helpful they are. She gets on very well with Kelly & having dealt with her myself regarding Mum's situation I can see why. Nothing is too much trouble for her so thank you very much Kelly & Wards
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We sold our property within a week with campbells From start to finish Jamie and Sian where there to answer any questions we had and and we were kept upto date every week with the progress At times it became overwhelming and Sian was always there to reassure us Thanks guys for everything

The process from start to finish was very quick and not complicated. When I entered the property for the first time, I was really impressed with how clean it had been left for me. I have now been in the property for just over a week and I'm really happy with it and feel very much at home. Super friendly staff too.
