After a very shaky start to market with another agent, I asked Ged at Bridges to sell my house. Ged sold my house within 4 days to great quality buyers and the sale progressed to completion within a very good timeframe and without any issues from the buyers or Bridges. Ged contacted me regularly to keep me updated on progress and he and his team were excellent.

We brought a house in Basingstoke and had Ged helping us! Showed us around the proebry and then was always at the end of a phone/ email whenever we needed him for a question.
Ged was then very good when it came upto the point of exchange, keeping us updated and also helping us chase solilers along the way.
Very much would recommend Bridges and also the massive help that Ged gave us.

We recently sold our house and completed on our new property through Bridges. Paul, Ged, Amy, Harry & the team were incredible throughout the whole process! They kept up constant communication, keeping us up to date with the progress of any viewings, offers and the sale of our house.
A special shout out to Paul who, once the sale and purchase had been agreed, was constantly working with and pushing the solicitors on both sides of the sale to get it completed as fast as it did.
You hear nightmare stories of estate agents, but this was certainly not the case and they even found us the house we ended up buying as well! Once again, a massive thanks to the whole team at Bridges Basingstoke

We recently moved home and used Bridges as the agents to sell our place. Bridges have kept in touch with us right from the time they established office in the area. Our decision to go with Bridges was based on recommendations from our neighbours and the fact that they had build a rapport with us from previous years when we were considering moving. Throughout the process, the team have been fantastic in scheduling viewings, keeping us informed and kind in their communication. Their rental team were also great in explaining how things worked and we felt they were there to help us if we chose to go down that route.
A special note of thanks to Paul who helped with negotiating and navigating all the curve balls thrown at us in the last week before the exchange. Overall, we have had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bridges.

Bridges managed the whole process from the initial valuation, photos, arranging viewings and then managing the chain. They worked around our schedule for the viewings. We started our moving process at the start of the year, Paul and the team were always present each and every step of the way.
Even though we constantly rang Paul for updates and to try and get things rolling between us and our Buyer, he never turned us away and gave us his full attention.
Regardless of whatever happened during our move, he was very quick to respond and remained 100% professional all of the time.
If I could add more than 5 stars, I would rate it as high as it would be possible. The interaction made us feel valued and that we mattered.
I rate the Basingstoke branch of Bridges a solid 10/5 stars and Paul a lovely 100/5 stars.
