Our initial appointment with David set the tone which was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding our needs rather than just making a sale. He explained everything clearly and gave us confidence that we were in capable hands. As the process moved forward, Joel handled the negotiation of the sale brilliantly. His approach was calm, strategic, and transparent, ensuring we felt informed and supported throughout. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart, and his communication during negotiations made what can often be a stressful stage feel far more manageable. Akeel kept us regularly updated, which made a huge difference. The consistent communication meant we were never left wondering what was happening, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. That level of responsiveness really helped reduce the usual anxieties that come with buying or selling property. Andrew is currently overseeing the sale progression, and even at this stage, his attention to detail and proactive approach have been outstanding. It’s reassuring to know that the final steps are being handled so carefully and efficiently. Overall, I can honestly say the whole team has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, communication, and teamwork have made this experience far smoother than we expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent that truly stands out from the others.
8th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We are just coming to the end of our sale with Winkworth and the team (Henry, Chelsea and Jamie) have all been fantastic. They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have bought and sold through Charters in Alton on a few occasions now, they are extremely personable and go the extra mile to provide an exemplary service - they make the effort to understand what I want when I am looking to purchase, and again when selling they have never let me down, they have amazingly sold more than one property for me immediately to the first person who has viewed. (This backs up that they do not waste peoples time, they get to understand what you are looking for and match you to a property - this is only achievable when you are an expert in your job!). Charters Alton are totally friendly, professional and informative with a nothing is too much trouble approach - this has been proven by Sarah, Jane, Toby and not forgetting Lisa who is part of the progression team. I would only ever go to Charters as first port of call when it comes to selling my property. Well done on completing the sale and purchase for me, fabulous as always, and once again you never let me down!

19th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Outstanding Service. I have used Belvoir Tadley to market my rental properties previously and would not use anyone else. Initially meeting with Pippa to discuss the property and my requirements as a landlord, she took everything on board, was very professional and focussed on my preferences. She was always there to give me sound advice when needed and I always felt like a valued customer. The viewings were made by Barbora. She is amazing! Kept me informed, answered my emails quickly, always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I also felt that Barbora knew the kind of tenant I was looking for and gave me great advice. She went above and beyond many times and is a huge asset to Belvoir. My last tenancy was very challenging, through no fault of Belvoir's and both Barbora and Pippa worked tirelessly to get everything sorted out. I am really happy with the new tenants I have, they are just what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belvoir Tadley to any landlord looking for a trustworthy, honest and responsive agent.

Her attention to detail, listening to my specific needs and working hard to find a suitable property. She remained focused and professional throughout but was friendly and positive. She went above and beyond to ensure I got my forever home and I would recommend Romans because of her approach to selling homes. Thank you Francesca, I will miss our conversations.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Justin sold my flat in a matter of weeks at a price I was more than happy with. What particularly impressed me was how quickly enquiries were turned into viewings and how quickly he got everything moving from day one. Really professional, polite and got the job done swiftly. Kathy then looked after the sales progressing and did a fantastic job navigating some very frustrating conveyancing. I was kept up to date and she was always on hand to answer questions or deal with any issues. After some useful discussion and information, I attended a viewing with Aimee who I found to be very personable and well prepared for my viewing (paperwork in hand and punctuality observed!!). All my questions were handled effectively and I found the whole experience enjoyable - thank you, Aimee!
