I would like to thank everyone at the Knights Property Services for their support, help and patience whilst we were property hunting in April 2017. Akeel was especially very helpful and listened to our long list of requirements (or demands depending how you look at it). I would highly recommended Knights Property Services to anyone who is looking to rent, buy or sell their property.
I was very pleased with Knights Property for the professionalism and speed with which they were able to find buyers for our property.
They came over as soon as we called them for a professional and detailed evaluation, which was very close to what we thought, and put the property on the market within few days.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the administration of the sale was not brilliant; I have to admit that many issues we had were out of their control, but I felt sometimes that not much care was taken during the process and this contributed to delay the completion of the sale.
Overall, we had a good service.
Huge thanks to Mark Potter and his team. Mark is a pro active agent who handled a difficult sale with calm efficiency.
I recently invited Knight Frank to value my property, but was very disappointed by the approach of Shaun Hobbs. Shaun didn't show clear evidence that he had researched any similar properties, before attending the valuation. He explained that his valuation was based on my neighbour property, even though it's a much smaller house and doesn't benefit from the same amount of land. I couldn't see why he had made such a comparison and I did mention this at the time, but he gave no explanation.
While I was speaking to Shaun, he cut across my conversation several times and then advised, that my property would have been worth more had it been in another location. A comment which I thought was totally pointless, rude and unprofessional.
I have since received additional valuations from three other local estate agents, and they all valued my property at a hundred thousand pounds more, than Knight Frank. The other estate agents also all attended the valuation, with evidence of similar properties in the local area and unlike Shaun, they had clearly prepared for the meeting.
I wrote to Shaun explaining that I thought he had undervalued my property, and that I had found his manner, rude and unprofessional. No apology was forthcoming, which didn't surprise me at all.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this company, you may not be receiving the best advice.
Chequers were very efficient and reliable, always answering queries promptly. Immediaterly knew who we were and what property we were selling when we rang so that we felt valued as a client. We did decide to keep our property and not sell but will certainly be back to Checkers when we do decide to sell.
Elliot from Ernest was brilliant. They sold my flat within 4 weeks, it was on the market for several months before that with two other agents. The fee was a fair for the service at the start I thought a bit High but the company earns it! Couldn’t recommend these company more! Thank you!

For me this was the first time that I had ever sold a property and was very unsure of what estate agent and option to use, until I meet with Rob from Ewe Move, he presented me with a lot of information about properties that had recently sold in my area, the way Ewe Move operate, their charge's and much more, I was so impressed that I signed up with Ewe move there & then, Rob took some excellent photo's both inside & out (no waiting several days for a photographer) which I was invited to view at their office later that day, by 5pm my property was for sale on the net, one week later it was sold for the full asking price. Both Rob & Mark was in regular contact with me throughout keeping me updated with the progress of the sale.
From my own personal experience I cannot fault Ewe Move in any way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Generally the agent was good though he encouraged a price drop.
Not so impressed with the solicitors they recommended. Though they did improve, with a change of staff, towards completion. Offer to completion was too long at about 3 months. I still don’t know what caused the delay?
