10th Oct 2024 (22 days ago)I went on a viewing with a friend last week to give him a second opinion on a rental property he was viewing. But I must say that the service we received from the agent Jack Dawkins was exceptional. Any questions we had on the area was answered promptly leaving no room for any doubts on our end. This lead to my friend going ahead and formally making the offer for the premises and he was very pleased with the results. I would definitely come through to acorn and use your services as i plan on moving houses next year. If it’s Jack as my agent then that’s a bonus. Generally speaking the experience I saw first hand from the company was fantastic, I would easily recommend Acorn to take care of anyones relocation journey for anyone who wants a smooth service when looking for a new property.- 2nd Aug 2024 (13 weeks ago)Really appreciate the efforts (& patience!) of Dammy at Acorn. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen

25th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Quality 0 they not say before the visit was a repossession and balif envoled than every day I received a call from mortage company but they only want cash buyer than they waste time of all the finance. When I ask to all the info basic legal info they disappear I waiting the document for 3 weeks and never received Im happy I not pay deposit total waste of time on the day of the visit the price on the paper was put up of extra10k I never had a manager call me YOO BRO… and when I ask specific legal document from the repossession before I spent money everyone disappears if you are not expert in law please before spent 1£ ask to a solicitor, because here they consider you like a stupid person.. and always try to still money … After I and my list of 7 legal document and the EMAIL OF OFFERT ON THE PROPERTY THEY DISAPPEARED… I’m happy I not send them 130.000£ on the day of the view please be far away from this companies
