To get started, you’ll need an active Reapit account (with more CRM integrations coming soon). We’ll guide you through a 2 minute process linking GetAgent Exchange via our integration.

Once set up, there’s no additional work required. Simply enter applicant leads into your CRM as usual – our automation detects out-of-area sellers, and we handle the rest.

GetAgent Exchange will only have lead visibility over buyer applicants who have a property to sell outside of your serviceable area.

You’re able to update this serviceable area at any point.

We do not receive any information about your other vendor contacts within your CRM.

Once the referred property sale is complete, GetAgent Exchange invoices the instructed agent.

You’ll be notified when payment is received, and your commission will be paid 14 days after the invoice is settled.
