My son stayed in Verde in Newcastle. The accommodation was ok but my son had to leave early due to ill health. They relet his room and I have been waiting for nearly 2 months to get a partial refund which has still not been received. I would not recommend staying in any Downing student accommodation based on my experience with them.

Their parking services are a scam. £150 a month for underground parking with no lines painted on the ground, and fines if you're slightly over the imaginary invisible lines. After parking my car and not returning for 2 weeks, I ended up with £1600 in parking fines, zero contact from them.

When I stayed with Downing student Liverpool, I had a wonderful moment every time. Particularly, my room has fantastic view! Additionally, all staff are very kind and have a good sense of hospitality. Stay with Downing student Liverpool! You will have amazing time!

As one of our video clients here at STANDBY PRODUCTIONS, Downing Students asked us to produce a promotional film for them, to sit inline with the style, grading and feel of the existing films. Downing Students were a wonderful company to work with from concept to completion and we very much look forward to working with them in the future!

Poor company to carry out work for, we have carried out many jobs for this company with only one job being paid on time. Broken promises followed by excuses and poor communication make it extremely hard to carry out work. Some employees are brilliant but these are soon forgotten when a few bad ones
