She stayed in touch throughout, arranged viewings, and supported me every step of the way. After I found a place I liked and went for a viewing, she clearly explained all the next steps I needed to take. Whenever I had questions, she was always patient and took the time to answer everything in detail. It didn’t matter if I emailed or called—she always responded promptly and was very supportive. 13th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)My partner and I recently sold our first family home with Cowell Norford Rochdale. It was a very bitter sweet feeling as we loved our home, but the staff down at Cowells made us feel so much better about the whole process. We had a difficult buyer to say the least, however without the help of Maisie, our sales negotiator and Sophie, our sales progressor the process would have been a whole lot worse. No question asked was too stupid, and they always went above what was asked of them. I received daily updates from them, even if there was no real update, they were constantly reassuring me that they were chasing the relevant people to get it over the line as quickly as possible. Selling and buying a house is a real rollercoaster of emotions, and without Maise and Sophie I'm not sure I would have survived it! Thank you so much Maise and Sophie, you were amazing and are a real credit to the business. I wish you all the best in everything you do!
20th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I am in the process of putting my house up for sale with Ryder & Dutton and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to deal with Lewis again. He sold my last home, and because of the service I received from him then, choosing to work with him again was an easy decision. Lewis is consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely easy to talk to. Selling a home can be stressful, but he has a way of making the whole process feel calmer and more manageable. When he valued my home last year, he was punctual, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. Having him back out again this time, he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable reaching out whenever I needed to. I even had a question shortly after he left, and he replied straight away. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional without ever feeling intimidating. Even outside of work, when I’ve seen him while out walking my dog, he’s always said hello, a small thing, but it shows his genuine kindness. I’d highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares and makes the whole experience so much easier.

Communication was clear and quick, and she was very helpful with any queries I had. Would absolutely recommend this estate agents to anyone.

Kirsten Woodhead was really helpful and professional as were the rest of the staff I dealt with. The manager Matthew Clayton took superb photographs and the writeup on Rightmove was very impressive. It didn’t take long to find a buyer so I would highly recommend the team at Ashton if you want to market your property with a very professional agent.

Kath showed us around two of the houses we viewed - one of which she had never shown before and was helping with at late notice - and she was kind, helpful, and thorough, giving us really honest and useful advice as first time buyers. Bernie was a communication queen, incredibly organised and kept us in the loop every step of the way. When we hadn’t heard from solicitors, she was straight onto it, always replying the same day and making us feel reassured. She definitely played a part in getting ducks in a row and keeping everyone in the chain happy. It was also a lovely full circle moment to be able to collect our keys from Kath. Thank you for making our first purchase so straightforward and painless! As a tenant, what’s important to me is that if there is any issue such as the boiler or shower not working properly, there is a speedy and effective response so that the issue is resolved quickly. I have been very pleased at how professionally problems have been dealt with and feel the concerns of the tenant are listened to not just when first renting but throughout the lease period. I have always found Bentley Hurst to be very pleasant to communicate with and thoroughly recommend them.

She was incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Yasmin was always quick to respond to emails, often replying almost immediately and providing clear, helpful feedback. Whenever we had a request, she handled it promptly and did her very best to ensure everything was sorted efficiently. Her dedication really showed as she supported us through all the referencing and checks right up until the keys were handed over. She was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, which made the whole journey much easier and far less stressful for us. 21st Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Bridgefords were recommended by a friend, as they sold her house quickly. Initially we got an amazing introduction, we were impressed by the young man's hard sell if you like. They however, in 6 months got 3 viewers and didnt communicate very well. We had to get another agent who also gave an amazing introduction, but we have had 6 or so viewers with them and they send someone to show the viewers around who has amazing knowledge of the area and house. Not really had a lot of feedback from them really but they do communicate with me at least twice a month.
