Terrible service from the moment you leave the office with your let agreement signed. The property was passed filthy, full of landlord's things when we moved in and not fully functional although they manage it. Had to clean myself and belongings removal was arranged after contacting various departments as prop management advised that we should remove rubbish at our own cost (probably 50kg of rubbish!!). I recommend to get everything in writing, as after multiple rearrangements and waiting 4 weeks for authorised repairs to be executed, I have just been told that landlord assumed repairs no to be urgent and they consider the matter is closed now (?!). I would recommend Debra to take some extra training in property management and customer service as well. Being negotiator between tenant and landlord would spare you negative comments here, would help you to avoid unpaid rents and other actions which are being taken only due to the fact that you are being ignorant and inefficient in dealing with people who actually pay your management fees...
Really pleased with theses guys from start to finish. I have bought and sold with them. When selling Richard did the valuation and took photos and his photos were amazing. Aaron showed people around and he was my fave of the team as he advised well throughout the viewings and helped me get the best price I think. There is also a really nice guy called John who was available it seemed at any time I am sure I called him at 7pm once and he answered. Hester in the office was also great when I had questions about the legal process. Not the cheapest but I my opinion the best.
Great estate agent! Highly recommended. We had been looking for a property for over a year, after having a nightmare with other agents like Keenan’s, and incredibly rude agents at hills residential that would outright lie and even go so far as to make my partner cry with how rude they were. We were constantly rejected and undercut by cash investors or in some cases found out that our offers weren’t even being put to the table in favour of the investors so when we came across sellwell, we were pleasantly surprised. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest interaction with an estate agent that were nothing but helpful from the moment we found the property. Any issues we had they were on hand to help especially when trying to liaise with the sellers through the contract period. We are incredibly greatful and appreciate all the help from Clair and Mel.
