Terrible service from the moment you leave the office with your let agreement signed. The property was passed filthy, full of landlord's things when we moved in and not fully functional although they manage it. Had to clean myself and belongings removal was arranged after contacting various departments as prop management advised that we should remove rubbish at our own cost (probably 50kg of rubbish!!). I recommend to get everything in writing, as after multiple rearrangements and waiting 4 weeks for authorised repairs to be executed, I have just been told that landlord assumed repairs no to be urgent and they consider the matter is closed now (?!). I would recommend Debra to take some extra training in property management and customer service as well. Being negotiator between tenant and landlord would spare you negative comments here, would help you to avoid unpaid rents and other actions which are being taken only due to the fact that you are being ignorant and inefficient in dealing with people who actually pay your management fees...
5 stars isn't enough to describe the experience we had with Vital Space, with a difficult purchase due to the house we were buying, Richard, Dawn and the team managed to get the purchase of our new house through in good time, always informed of new updates to the purchase and no needless calls. It made what is easily one of the most stressful experiences one can go through much easier.
My house was on the market for almost 3 years with several local estate agents. My last resort was Sell Well (who were highly recommended by a friend). Can I just say from start to finish they were first class; professional, attentive, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Needless to say I sold my property, and with the help of the girls everything went extremely smoothly. Thank you Karen, Mel, Clair and Julie you are a total asset to the business. My advice would be "Don't go anywhere else" ! (I wasted too much time with other estate agents in the area).
