23rd Nov 2025 (20 days ago)I was stupid enough to trust this company with one of my properties. The tenant stopped paying the rent. They did nothing to help. He trashed the apartment. They did nothing to help. When he left they never returned my deposit. Avoid this company.

We bought and sold through R&D between May and October 2025. We moved to Ryder & Dutton after 3 months of terrible service with another agent, and it was night and day from the very beginning. Fran came out to sign us up and Catherine took it from there. We were back on the market within 24 hours and sold within 48 hours for well above asking price. Just incredible! Catherine guided us through the process with absolute professionalism, kindness and patience through every step. We’ve had tears and laughter along the way and I wouldn’t still be sane without having Catherine by our side! She’s an absolute credit to R&D, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both R&D and Catherine to anyone buying and/or selling in Heywood. They know the market like no one else and their service is unmatched.
