I dealt with Holly Newman, Andrew Gutzu and Lucia. They were all extremely helpful throughout the process from booking my initial appointment to view the property to chasing solicitors on both sides to keep me updated and overall giving me the information I needed. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their home and will definitely use them in the future if I look to buy or sell.

After being on the market with a different agency for two years with no success, Cardwells took over and completely transformed the process. From the initial valuation and marketing advice right through to completion, the entire team was professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. A special thank you to Pam, who was fantastic at communicating with us every step of the way. Even when complications arose, she smoothed things out and liaised perfectly with our solicitors to get the deal over the line. They achieved a great sale price for our home and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell, especially if you've struggled elsewhere!

When we were made aware that they would be managing our building they made the transition seamless and were extremely quick in attending to the flats and its tenants needs. Thank you ??????

The communication throughout was also good. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending to friends.

1st Jun 2026 (27 days ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Becky, who dealt with us throughout the process, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She always had time for us, kept us updated, answered any questions we had, and helped us tremendously every step of the way and we’re both extremely grateful. I would highly recommend William Thomas Estate Agents to anyone.
7th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)From putting my property on the market and seeing it through to the sale, the staff were nothing but knowledgable, polite and all replies were dealt with in a very fast and timely manner. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help and patience. No matter how many times I emailed or phoned, Beverly was professional and dealt with all my queries and I received answers back from solicitors ect. within minutes of my emails. Beverly went above and beyond, even on the completion date and no matter how much I was stressed, Beverly was there every step of the way and even offered to stay behind after closing time so I could hand my keys in for the purchaser of my property to obtain. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if in the near future I need an estate agents again there would be no other answer than Redman and Casey.

I had communication issues and delays with my own solicitors, other solicitors and other estate agents but never with Colleen at Eric Clarke. She was proactive, helpful and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and give other members of the chain a nudge when needed. Would absolutely recommend to others!
