I've found it a horrendous experience, with terrible communication and constant attempts to impose dubious charges outside the contract. I can't wait to be out of this contract so it's no longer necessary to deal with this firm.

6th May 2026 (6 days ago)Recently started renting a house through Bridgfords. Really lovely friendly staff that have guided us through the whole process. Answered all our queries and always on hand to help. All the staff were really professional and polite. The property was very clean, well presented and move in day was a breeze with Katie meeting us at the property to show us around. We received a full inventory list and a chance to report anything that needed attention. All bar a few minor things everything was great and no complaints at all. Really positive experience and would recommend Bridgefords and would use them in the future.

She will go the extra mile to get answers to any questions you have as quickly as possible and she was a huge support in the final months leading up to completion. We had a long process in purchasing the property due to the legal aspect, but Claire kept us updated each week which was so reassuring and also helped us stay sane !!! I can't recommend Price&Co enough. Thank you for being with us on this Journey and helping us through to the end ??

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

However, I really didn’t need to worry because Harrison has been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. The service I have received has been excellent from start to finish. Harrison has kept me fully informed every step of the way with regular emails and text updates, and he responds to queries incredibly quickly. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. As this was my first rental property — and a home that meant a great deal to me for many years — the process felt quite emotional and daunting at times. Harrison has been a huge source of support and reassuring throughout. I genuinely feel that my property is in safe hands. What has impressed me most is that the support has continued even after the tenants moved in, which shows a real commitment to both landlords and tenants.
