They managed my rental property with absolute professionalism for 20 years, and they were the natural choice when it came time to sell. The transition from the rental side to the sales team was seamless, and they handled the recent sale with the same care and expertise I’ve come to expect. We’ve bought a house through The Property Man, the chain was complex with many unexpected twists and turns throughout but Jessica and team took it all in their stride, always acting with the upmost professionalism. Superb communication and a clear amount of expertise, we wouldn’t hesitate to sell our home through TPM in the future (we wish we did in the first place!)

She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and impressively quick to respond at every stage. Within just one day, Zoe ensured my property was fully up to date with all required regulations, including gas safety, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements. She went above and beyond by personally visiting the tenants and carrying out a property check, and everything was completed within just two days. Her efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Zoe to anyone needing a reliable and proactive estate agent. If you have Zoe as your property manager, you’ve definitely made the right choice.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
