Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.
23rd May 2026 (15 weeks ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.
21st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)A really excellent visit with Amber ,who did a first class job showing us around the property we were viewing ,she was very knowledgeable about the area of Branston and was very informative about the facilities around . We would definitely recommend anyone to view with this particular agent, Thankyou Amber.

21st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
29th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
28th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.

They kept me informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. Their dedication to providing outstanding service really stood out. 13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)From the first time we meet Charlotte we was really impressed we felt she very friendly and had our best interest in mind she gave us the confidence to sell our property and look for a property that was more suitable for us. We are now much happier in our dream property that we would never have purchased if it was not for Charlotte giving us some confidence. Claire who we never meet but was just has friendly and kept us up to date on how sale was going and chasing solicitors etc. We are glad everything worked out in the end and would definitely recommend Charlotte and Claire to any body buying or selling Michael/Alison Whelan
