9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I contacted Saffron Naylor in the Maintenance Dept to request that a contractor be appointed to paint the window frames of my property. She engaged the contractor & supplied me with a quote which I accepted. She agreed to hold back rent money, plus I sent the difference by bank transfer to cover the full costs of the job. The work was carried out on Monday & I am pleased with how it looks & how Saffron has managed this. She is efficient, thoughtful & helpful and an asset to your business. 14th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

They sold our house before it had even officially gone to market, with their efficiency and proactive approach.<br><br>The whole team was friendly, professional and always on the ball. Communication was excellent throughout, and the entire process was handled smoothly with no hiccups at all.<br><br>A special mention goes to Lee, the photographer, whose attention to detail was outstanding and the photographs superb.<br>A very important aspect of the house selling process in my book.<br>Also, thank you to Tommy Johnson, our Residential Valuer, whose professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm gave us confidence from the very start.<br><br>The marketing was first-class and made a real difference. The experience was chalk and cheese compared with another estate agency we used last year, where we had poor communication, very little proactive input and, ultimately, no results.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pygott & Crone to anyone looking to sell their home.

21st May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
29th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
28th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.

They kept me informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. Their dedication to providing outstanding service really stood out. I would highly recommend King and Co to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!
13th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the first time we meet Charlotte we was really impressed we felt she very friendly and had our best interest in mind she gave us the confidence to sell our property and look for a property that was more suitable for us. We are now much happier in our dream property that we would never have purchased if it was not for Charlotte giving us some confidence. Claire who we never meet but was just has friendly and kept us up to date on how sale was going and chasing solicitors etc. We are glad everything worked out in the end and would definitely recommend Charlotte and Claire to any body buying or selling Michael/Alison Whelan
