I chose MAP estate agents over other agents I met because I enjoyed Michael’s genuine no nonsense, straight up, down to business attitude whilst keeping a good sense of humour. I chose well, The property sold for the asking price before it even went on the market. Glad I didn’t go for the “Modern Method of Auction” which I felt was being pushed on me by others. Completion took a while but that was because of the buyers having to wait ages for “The Forces Help to Buy Scheme” to go through. I was well updated through out the whole process by Tracy and all stress free. Only stress was moving the last of our possessions to the south of France in October during the storms, sadly weather control isn’t a service provided by MAP. Starting with Shelley, always patient and keen to show us the property we loved, very trusting of us and made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to meet with her everytime and never made us feel rushed. Tracy and Andrew were the cherry on top as looked after the whole purchase process as if it were their own. Always communicating openly and honestly, always supportive and available, always proactive and full of ideas to move forward and keen to help. expensive, our restaurant was valued in 85k after full year only 2 buyers came forward and the 2nd came after we were suggested by them to reduce price to 25k. Business never sold we had to close in the end because of health reasons and not fit to work anymore and still have to pay £1500 for their bad service and threats with bailifs. I would ring to make changes to the ad and changes never happened just too bad.... Read more
