My enquiries have always been followed but I would have appreciated a bit more planning and speed in some tasks. The handover to the sales follow up team was not very clear and the 4 ways communication could be improved Overall, the team has done the work but we have gone the extra mile to make things happen on our side (a bit more that I would have expected)
30th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)I would highly reccomended Sarah - she was key to moving our house sale forward - I don’t know what we would have done without her. She went above and beyond and even telephoned us whilst she was on holiday. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I would only use Sarah. She was so on the ball and always did what she said she was going to do. Her client communication was excellent always keeping us in the loop.

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. They have delivered an impressive service so far and made moving a lot more stress free. We have dealt with Laura and Alex and another very nice lady. They have been brilliant.

Both were extremely helpful at chasing the relevant parties and making sure the experience was as smooth as possible for everyone.<br><br>Could not recommend them enough, and if I ever decide to sell my lovely place, i know who i’ll be going to!!<br><br>Big thanks to Darren, Scott and the team.

You were all so kind and fantastic. Nothing was ever too much, my questions were always answered and explained promptly.<br>A particular shout out to Ben, you went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the keys on the planned move in date, despite this keeping you up till 23:30 the night before! 6th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Trevillian. What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.

27th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently used View Property to sell my cottage in Langore. View were excellent though-out.<br><br>I really couldn't ask for more from an Estate Agent. Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer

The level of professionalism, communication, and dedication we received from Sean and the team throughout the process was brilliant.<br><br>Thank you both for helping us secure our new home.
