9th Jan 2026 (28 days ago)Our experience with this agency was disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. The property was handed over in poor condition, which we improved at our own expense, and we reported maintenance issues properly throughout the tenancy. Inspections raised no concerns, and we were even described by the agency as good tenants. Despite clear check-in records and inspection evidence, the agency pursued multiple deposit deductions at the end of the tenancy that were later largely rejected by the DPS as pre-existing issues or fair wear and tear. These were matters the agency could have resolved by reviewing their own documentation, but instead they chose to support the landlord’s claims. It felt very much like the agent and landlord were aligned against the tenants, rather than the agent acting as a fair intermediary. This forced us into a lengthy dispute process that consumed an unreasonable amount of time and energy and could have been avoided entirely. Future tenants should document everything carefully and be prepared to rely on independent adjudication.

The team were really supportive and as a potential first time buyer they broke everything down and made it easy to understand and showed me properties that matched my description and with great potential. Terri picked out a few properties that would’ve been an interest to us and within budget. She was very informative, friendly and accommodating. We were given lots of information on each property and also the area they were within. Would definitely recommend !

A realistic valuation for where the market was at the time, a genuine effort to get the right people in to view the house, excellent communication and the right level of persistence to get everything over the line to completion. Definitely recommended.

Very flexible with viewings and kept me calm as being a first time buyer. Charlii has been so kind and helpful to accommodate my questions and would recommend them with the process of buying a house. 28th Jan 2026 (9 days ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.
18th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)I marketed my Shared Ownership property and my partner and I purchased our forever home with Winkworth last year (completion just before Christmas) and we could not thank them enough for all their help and support. James and Leah were extremely helpful with arranging viewings of the property I was selling and finding us the right buyer. One of the top comments we received when people viewed my old property was that everyone said it was as big as it was advertised (which I was pleased about, having previously viewed properties with other agents and felt that they were a lot smaller than advertised). We did however struggle to find the right property after I had sold mine, but our beautiful forever home came on the market with them a month later. After our offer was accepted, Jade was really helpful at keeping on top of the solicitors and chasing them weekly for regular updates. She was also very good at keeping us up to date with any issues with the chain or if anyone needed to chase any other parties for information. I would highly recommend Winkworth Poringland to anyone wanting to sell their house as they market the properties they sell really well and we had excellent communication from them throughout the whole process. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

Communicative and transparent with us from start to finish and guiding us through every step to ensure we didn’t miss out on our purchase. She was great at keeping all parties involved on track to meet deadlines and was easily reached whenever needed (even out of hours!). Sevi and Javed are a great team to ensure the job gets done whilst keeping everyone happy!- 18th Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)Having now completed the sale of our property, through Minors and Brady, I felt it was very important to leave a reference about the services provided to us It is a very difficult time and extremally stressful when selling a property and to be honest even as people that have moved far too often there is what seems a process you have to go through that has not changed for millenia. Prior to using Minors and Brady we have experienced the usual suspects where you meet a senior person (prior to marketing) selling the company benefits, followed up by your local person (once you chose the company) then an independent photographer attends (for their allotted slot (and they may be working for numerous companies on that given day) and then finally your handed over to the weekend team who may or may not have any ownership of the property and have limited involvement through the sales process and they are then expected to sell your property – if you reflect on this it is a broken and floored system and quite frankly very poor for you as the seller. This all changed for us when we contacted Minors and Brady and the ensuing service we received which was both encouraging and totally new – to be honest for us Minors and Brady undersell what they offer as a service to you the customer and all for the same price as their competitors. When we called we were introduced to the prime homes team and from this we then met and dealt with (all through the process) the listings director who personally undertook all viewings throughout which in turn gave us far more comfort and perhaps more importantly continuity (keeping the property knowledge we explained) making the sales process easier and more viable The Minors and Brady in house team attended to take pictures and a second visit for the unbelievable video that was produced. In our opinion this part of the service is totally undersold as the visuals are so important when selling a property and the team were so attentive to varying factors (which we have never experienced before), as mentioned you normally have your 2 hour slot and that’s it, but the Minors and Brady team stayed all day getting so many pictures with lights on/off, daylight, dusk evening etc the commitment to ensuring they captured the property at its best was so impressive and the difference to us as the customer in dealing with an in house team is unmeasurable – this should be explained thoroughly to all potential sellers as it is not something we have experienced before but something perhaps we should have been offered – why haven’t we? Then the video – really not sure what I can say here other than wow and a huge thanks (it’s a must try in your lifetime of selling for sure) Now all of this is pointless in mentioning unless of course Minors and Brady sell your property…………………………………Minors and Brady secured us a sale within 8 days (at full asking price) and a completion in just under 9 weeks I also need to mention once you have a buyer you are then passed onto someone within the aftersales team who owns the same process and sees your sale through to completion – this person is part of the same team you have been dealing with so yet again giving you the continuity you need - sometimes once you have a buyer this can become the stagnant and frustrating part of the sale and you need this to move along efficiently and effectively If you are looking to sell your property and are fed up being on the conveyor belt of the same old same old then for us there is really only on option which is Minors and Brady Don’t take my opinion as gospel give them a ring and see how pleased you will be with this choice and then maybe you will be the next person waxing lyrical about a fantastic company like Minors and Brady
