Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

5th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Top notch from beginning to end. Matt's local knowledge was second to none and his pricing advice was great. The house photos, including video and drone shots, were done to an extremely high standard. Naish's books yielded a number of potential buyers even before the details were finalised, and the online ads through Rightmove etc. looked fab and generated a lot more interest. Within just over a week we'd had a dozen viewings and two offers. After accepting one the process was smooth and swift, with Naish's use of a WhatsApp group to keep us posted and a dedicated person (Kimberley) whose job is purely to move everything along reducing friction and meaning the whole sale was completed just a few months after our initial chat. A great, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient team who you can trust to do a fantastic job. I wish all estate agents were like this!

Some areas to improve on but I think you’ll get that with other agents too.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

5th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.

We did not have to chase her for any information - it weas forthcoming when warranted. Superb efficient service, always willing to take any time needed to solve any concerns. Thank you very, very much Angie, you made a very stressful situation as stressfree as possible. Thank you also to your staff Eve and Grace.....super team.
