Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. As a Landlord, I have used Hunter services and they are one of the worst Letting agents that I have ever used. They are incompetent and will say one thing to you and say another thing to the Tenant and the tenancies have been a complete mess with this agency, I cannot Recommend them at all, they are absolutely atrocious and I would go to any other agency than this one. Also the rent they paid me was always late and they always made excuses about it. The manager of the branch is incompetent and lazy and does not care if you have any complaints or the level of service that they provide. I strongly recommend all landlords to stay away from this agency, and if you rent through them, you should know that they will not look after you or carry out any repairs because they don’t bother to even tell the Landlord. These people should be struck off and should not be allowed to rent properties as all they are after is the commission.... Read more

Communication wasn't very good. I understand that this is very difficult time to sell but after the viewings if I didn't follow up I wouldn't even know what potential buyers did not like. I came to the point that I had to rent the property out and put sale on hold. I have chosen EveMove, I regret that I did not pick them at the very beginning as I think they would have sold the property by now.... Read more
