Scott was professional, knowledgeable and highly motivated, and we instantly knew we'd made the right choice. Lloyd did an amazing job finding us a committed buyer and achieving full asking price. The sale was seamless, and we couldn't be more grateful. We can highly recommend Chestertons and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
18th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)As far as viewing, admin, and move in was concerned, my partner and I had the smoothest ride as tenants moving into our new flat. Paris and Billy were responsive (my favourite aspect) and professional and friendly. Easiest process, no stress. Wonderful. There was a slight dispute afterwards about something minor, but we got in touch and liaised with branch manager Rob who was equally professional and everything got sorted so credit where credit's due. Happy Tenants. Cheers!

The only negative I could add was that the house was quite dirty, but overall the service provided by Dimension Estates was fabulous. Thanks a lot!

27th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)Great experience with Alex Crown. Jason was incredibly easy to communicate with before the viewing and was patient with us as we looked around the flat. He was quick to answer all our questions and took us through all the changes the landlord was going to carry out. Jason kept the same level of quick, clear communication during the application process, ensuring we were updated and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Something which we really appreciated in the stressful London market
17th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)Portico evicted us from our home due to a system error which they didn’t bother to investigate. Despite sending evidence of our rent payments, they insisted we were in arrears. They finally admitted fault when we had gone past the eviction date. This was incredibly stressful, made worse by the fact that the were uncontactable. Even our landlady struggled to get hold of them, and asked us if we had other contact details for them. Weirdly, they were able to call us immediately when we left a review about this. Now they are late to pay us our deposit, despite our landlady confirming that she released it weeks ago. They are past the legal deadline to pay this back. Do not use this estate agents - awful for landlords and tenants. The staff are actively rude and condescending to tenants.

23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.

Our flat had multiple issues with its condition and external factors like building work to the general area but Bailey was very reasonable with us and did everything she could to make sure we were as comfortable as we could be in our flat. 18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)I recently rented a house through Hemmingfords Angel Estate Agents and experienced a smooth and wonderful service from start to end, the team was friendly, helpful, and always responded timely. The flat I viewed was clean, well-maintained, and looked just like the pictures online. There were no surprises when I visited the properties. What's more, the inventory checking service was also fabulous and truly meticulous, reflecting all the details that needed to be recorded. Even after moving in, they were quick to help with any basic issues which are actually quite simple, and I always felt supported. Overall, this friendly Agent made renting a home easy and stress-free. I highly recommend them!
