We have just completed on our sale through Richard Harding and could not recommend them more highly - professional, efficient, friendly and excellent knowledge of the local market. We were really happy with the service, and would not hesitate to use them again.
Small businesses are defined by their staff. This estate agent has a couple of good agents that are surrounded by an office of awkward, unhelpful, know it all’s. A cake on completion doesn’t make up for any of the above. Unhappy client here.

Having a partner renting through CJ Hole I'm shocked at how half the stuff they get away with is even legal. Would not recommend at all, much better agents in Bristol. People power can get landlords away from using CJ Hole.

An horrendous experience selling our house, I would recommend avoiding using Goodman Lilley until they have got their act together.
We have been chasing them now for three months to push our sale through and still no light at the end of the tunnel.
House & Co. A staff were very polite and professional during the process of viewing the property and signing up for tenancy. I never had any problems with them for the whole duration of the tenancy and they have returned my deposit without fuss. No complaints.

Please read this! Not a good experience with this estate agent at all. If and when they tell you they have a good relationship with a seller. Be extremely careful as in my case it wasn’t to be a positive for me. Andrews were only interested in ramping up the price of a repossessed house to line their own pockets with commission. To tell you you’ve been out-bid when you haven’t. Make sure you have proof of another bid being listed on a public notice before increasing your own bid. Especially if it’s “conveniently” done through a separate estate agent. Do not move until this is the case, as they will be on the phone putting pressure on you. I am in the process of reporting Andrews to the ombudsman. They cost me thousands by lying. I did call their bluff and the individual i was dealing with was speechless and she couldn’t give me an explanation. Caught absolutely red handed. It’s funny how the phone did not ring again after i did so too. I would not recommend this lot, & i’ll never use them ever again. Be very very careful.
