They kept us updated throughout the process and Lynne was so helpful towards the end of the process chasing up solicitors etc to finally make the sale complete! Would highly recommend

16th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Very impressed and grateful to Richard Harding estate agents who managed the sale of our property. We spoke to several other agents known for their premium listings and wider geographical reach, but ultimately chose Richard Harding for several reasons. Firstly, we were keen for a prompt off market sale but not at the cost of compromising the sale price - their extensive list and knowledge of existing potential buyers (which far exceeded that of the other agents) meant they were able to identify genuine, suitable and proceedable buyers, ultimately meaning we had a very good offer within a week that proceeded to completion. Secondly, we agreed small sales team to conduct viewings, all of whom had visited the property before it was marketed and were familiar with all the fittings, selling points and nuances to give the property the best chance of a sale. Having secured a buyer, I was also very impressed with the proactive approach to move the sale process along and to smoothly manage the inevitable blips along the way. Huge credit to Ben Murray-Brown, who was handling our sale on behalf of Richard Harding, who was relentlessly efficient, kept me updated throughout, is an excellent read of character (very important when ensuring everyone on all sides of the sales process is on the same page) and was a pleasure to work with. In respect of my onward property purchase, Ben was also excellent at translating my 'on paper' requirements into worthwhile viewings, and was an honest and helpful sounding board when considering pros, cons and development ideas.

From advertising the property, to arranging the viewings or managing referencing and contracting processes - everything ran very smoothly. Special thanks to our property manager Max; who facilitated the process from the start. He’s professional, insightful and responsive - giving us peace of mind while abroad. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Hole.

Liam has been excellent during property viewings – friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable about the properties, making the whole process feel relaxed and informative. Emily also carried out the valuation of my house and provided really helpful, practical advice about the market and next steps, which I really appreciated. Overall a very professional and helpful team, and I’d happily recommend CJ Hole based on my experience.

Anytime we had questions, she was quick to help and explain things clearly, which made everything feel much easier. Joe was also great to deal with. We were lucky not to be in a chain, so everything moved quickly and it took less than three months from our initial enquiry to completion. Overall, a really smooth experience and we’d definitely recommend them.

Bailey was great throughout the viewings; Friendly & professional, allowing us space to properly look around yet being on hand to answer any questions we had- He wasn't pushy like some other agents we've dealt with in the past and that certainly helped us to cement our decision. After the offer stage, Fiona and Rosie were fantastic with helping push the transaction through, offering advice and support where needed. Lovely "welcome to your new home" box too upon completion, which just left a really nice final touch to the transaction

Our house was valued by Jon, viewings were handled by Claire and on-going support through the transaction was provided by Ria, all of whom were excellent and provided great service. We were kept closely informed through-out the process and they all did a fantastic job handling both ourselves and our buyers.

The process was handled efficiently and communication was clear throughout, which made everything feel straightforward and well organised. Alisha, in particular, stood out. She was professional at every stage but also brought a very personal and reassuring touch to the whole process. She took the time to understand my situation, kept me informed, and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and clearly. What I appreciated most was how approachable and attentive she was. You could tell she genuinely cared about delivering a good experience, not just completing a transaction. That balance of professionalism and personal care made a real difference. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Taylors Lettings Downend to others.

23rd Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I’m honestly in such disbelief with the house we are living. I get it we got it straight from the landlord and it’s the first time being rented out but couldn’t they check it before renting it to us??? Mice, moths, leaking/broken washing machine, a dishwasher that the engineer said that if we kept using it, it could have killed us, an absolute joke of a front door that takes 5 minutes to unlock/lock. I left one property with a leaking to roof, to come to this “joy” of a house since February. It has been nothing but a pain to keep dealing with issues! Lisa has been proactive with solving these issues but it has been such an exhausting place to live and I think they should properly evaluate their properties before renting them out. We are paying so much money for what…more and more problems?!? There is a lot more to say but I will keep to this now.

Rude Staff who never take accountability for their wrongdoings. trying to exploit students by giving them the worst properties for high prices and when problems arise they are unresponsive. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
