2nd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)I recently appointed Parkers Earley to fully manage one of our rental properties after some 15 years using another main agent. The service I have received from Mark Brooker and his team has been exceptional in terms of finding a tenant and the ongoing management. Communications are always efficient and prompt.<br>In view of the excellent service, I have decided to appoint Parkers for a second property that is in the process of being transferred.
9th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

Harry strived to achieve the best purchase price possible for us. Special mention to Matthew as well who photographed our house and helped us with the process. All at Parkers, Reading have provided an amazing service to make our sale as painless as possible.

In the current property market we were delighted to have our away with zero hassle especially as our was a probate sale and quite emotional one. In particular, Kyra Smith was the agent who helped me with the move, and I really appreciated how her responses were always prompt and helpful, on top of being both friendly and professional at all stages of the process. This made things much easier than they otherwise could have been and I really appreciated the effort made to provide a high standard of support.
23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Letting out a property came with many challenges, despite previously let. Callum at Parkers Estate Agents Reading came to the rescue! He explained every aspects to ensure marketability, right rent, what wins & what fails and recent legislation changes. He had put the property on the market with specific details that are important to the prospects, which in turn resulted in confirming a tenant within a week. Subsequently, other staff at Parkers Reading ensured the entire let process was flawless. I would choose Parkers again for sure.

4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Davis Tate salesman was very professional and promised us a lot of things before we chose to go with them. Once we were with Davis Tate the photos were very good however some parts of the listing were not as expected. We didn’t have nearly as many viewings as expected and the communication was really poor. We didn’t sell our house but by deciding to reduce it on our own terms and didn’t listen to some of the advice of Davis Tate
