Winkworth are atrocious at rental property management. Never gave my landlord the check in report, upon moving in hence it was not signed. Luckily I took personal photos of EVERYTHING!!! the day I moved in. Then they tried to claim wall marks and carpet issues that had been there since I moved in, after I moved out. I won my deposit with DPS who actually know what they are doing, whilst winkworth were so incompetent they didn’t see that the photos I took originally contradicted their silly claims. DO NOT TOUCH WINKWORTH WITH A BARDGE POLE, I URGE YOU!!!! …… Because this was just one of my many problems with their lack of service.... Read more

Changing to 5 stars. The original one-star story is here below, however, there has been a change in management and I have to say that now it seems a completely different service. Super responsive, reasonable and helpful

Family of 4, boiler not working. They are the property management the landlord selected. Called on Saturday morning, and they wasted our time with information downloaded from the Internet I looked up myself too. Eventually, they claimed I had no gas when I mentioned the hobs were working. So they decided to call on Monday to see if they could send someone to take a look. It was forecasted to be -5 degrees during the night and it was like that. I had to call myself an emergency service, pay for it, and of course it wasn't the gas. Careless people as humans and business. Cannot say as a landlord, but if you are renting, it is best to stay away from them. Reading office... Read more
