Do not rent accommodation with this estate agent in Bath.
They do not inform you 48hours before visits to the property, attempt to steal your deposit money when you have left the property in a very good condition and do not contact you to inform you about unpaid bills for years after you have moved out. We nearly had debt collectors after us because of their incompetence.
Molly was pretty thorough, clear and helpful throughout the letting process. She outlined the requirements and followed up with every step to ensure everything went smoothly.
A few snags happened as they always do but she was quick to find fixes and let me know what was going on.
Dealing with this agency is disappointing! Bad at helping their client.

Appallingly incompetent. In the six month tenancy we've had rudeness, poor communication, sending our customer data to unknown third parties, and finding drugs in the property at check in. The worst business I've had the misfortune of dealing with.
UPDATED REVIEW: My partner and I have had a few issues with Andrews due to their short staffing at this moment in time.
Our main concerns have been with the company they hire to gather and check references. The Lettings Hub caused us many issues through technical faults and lack of help. They have now redeemed themselves by offering more application support, but only after I reached out via social media.
If you feel you need more assistance than what is provided by The Lettings Hub call center, contact @LettingsHub via twitter and ask to speak to a client relationship employee as they are very helpful.

The documents they used were buggy. And then once you did sign up with them they refused to do anything and just refer you to the landlord which negates the whole point of a letting agents.
