Having Christine Tyler at Whitely Helyar as our agent was a fantastic experience. Had it not been for her I do not think our sale would have completed! Christine managed the sale from start to finish and I cannot recommend her and Whitely Helyar enough.

Jack King carried me through a difficult time - losing one sale when the prospective buyer failed to sell their own property - then finding another within a matter of days. His unfailing buoyancy and encouragement helped keep morale high: no mean feat at a time of a cooling market. Jack King kept me fully informed, careful to respect my own schedule needs; he was punctual for all appointments and reliably responded to all communications. His assessment of my property's value was realistic and it sold at a good price.
Can warmly recommend Crisp Cowley as sales agents. Both Amanda and Charles were excellent – highly professional , friendly and knowledgeable. They were right on the button with pricing and my sale went through remarkably smoothly.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Great service from start to finish. Everyone in the team is so caring and understanding. I met Annalise first when she came to value my property and right from the start she was very professional, sincere, knowledgeable and really warm and caring. She made me feel well looked after and I felt like I could trust her. Right from the start I picked up on the fact that their standards are very high and this was very comforting and reassuring as that was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the process, I was kept informed on everything and felt that they were very respectful despite the fact that I was a first time landlord. I couldn't ask for better service and couldn't be happier! If you're looking for great service and perfecting standards, these guys are hard to beat!
Rented through Fidelis for a year. From beginning to end they were lovely to deal with, very professional and prompt at responding to issues. Being a landlord myself I can recognise an outstanding letting agent when I see one. Would highly recommend.
Although I am not live in UK, Andrews letting and management's staff is very helpful and professional. They also keep you updated. Also, they make things very simple to overseas customers. Highly recommended!
It has been a painful experience dealing with Andrews. Unfortunately we really liked the property and decided to rent however I would not do business with Andrews by choice.
The were pushy and rude stressing numerous documents, credit checks, trips to bath to sign & show passports - rushing to complete before the end of the month. Then surprise surprise we get the keys and no one cares anymore!
They use associated companies to do handover, inventory, credit checks therefore communication has to be repeated numerous times with various people/ staff.
Moved into the property and still awaiting to sign inventory and discuss all things previously agreed to be completed. No garage key, boiler room/ cupboard lock broken - (carbon monoxide alarm went off 2nd day and couldn't get in to turn off) various paint/ plastering marks agreed to be touched up prior to move in etc etc.
Been in communication various times with Sarah who is 'managing' our property, however I am always the one calling, chasing. When I asked what was the latest with everything on the inventory and when will everything be completed the response I got was 'can you put everything that was on the inventory in an email?' - Sorry is it too much effort to get the report form the company YOU CHOSE to do the handover with? Or shall I the client spend another hour going through everything for the third time for you?
Still waiting for all of the above to resolved, moved into the property 15 days ago.

UPDATED REVIEW: My partner and I have had a few issues with Andrews due to their short staffing at this moment in time.
Our main concerns have been with the company they hire to gather and check references. The Lettings Hub caused us many issues through technical faults and lack of help. They have now redeemed themselves by offering more application support, but only after I reached out via social media.
If you feel you need more assistance than what is provided by The Lettings Hub call center, contact @LettingsHub via twitter and ask to speak to a client relationship employee as they are very helpful.
Much happier with the service now.
The documents they used were buggy. And then once you did sign up with them they refused to do anything and just refer you to the landlord which negates the whole point of a letting agents.
Swapped our handler without saying.
Hung up on my housemate.
Generally rude and obtuse.
