17th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)One of the reason I choose Tiger sales ,was they would do the viewings ,I had a few viewings and did them myself .I sent an e mail regarding this ,but the response quoted ,Tiger sales was under no obligation to do viewings , my E mail was replied to ,then quickly dismissed ,as an out of office ,and Tiger would reply if required ,A couple of the female sales people ,when I asked a question regarding my property ,I was told the solicitor ,would do this ,as if they could not be bothered ,helping me ,,so overall I wish I had stayed with my previous estate agent ,who were less expensive than Tiger sales ,I Paid extra hoping for a better service ,which did not happen

It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Her communication was constant and we were never left worrying or wandering what would happen next. Could not have asked for anyone better to make our rental application and house move go more smoothly. Very grateful.- 2nd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)I’ve heard people say “doesn’t matter which agent you pick, it’s all just listed on Rightmove now” - and this is just not true. I knew from the minute I rang to enquire about a neighbours house, that they were natural born sales people. When it came to selling, they spent time understanding why someone would want to buy this house. Sarah who did the valuation was incredibly switched on, and clearly understood my house and the market - which was evident when it had sold within 2 weeks in October, not exactly peak selling season. When the conveyancing seemed to hit a brick wall and I was losing my mind with solicitors, Lily stepped in, and within 24 hours had achieved more than my solicitor had managed in 3 weeks. Everyone at Entwistle Green did what they said they would, when they said they would. Under promise and over deliver. Cannot ask for more and will happily recommend them to anyone selling their house. A very commercially driven, efficient and switched on team of agents - thank you, especially to Lilly
17th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Upon struggling to find a serious buyer with my property with a 'reputable' chain in the Fulwood area and also being unhappy about speaking to a different person every time I called I reached out to Kingswood and dealt with Phil initially he valued my property assured me they would sell it and I was then introduced to Anthony who managed all of my viewings and contact with potential buyers. Anthony was determined to help me out knowing I was looking for a serious buyer who also met the criteria for a Preston Affordable home scheme. The scheme criteria while over complicated is difficult in itself to find a buyer but Anthony assured me that he would sell my house and get me on my way. Anthony kept up arranging weekly viewings often multiple per week and turned up to every single viewing even though I was also present for them. Anthony and Kingswood were interested in my requirements as a seller and they were determined to help me get on my way. Kingswood found me a serious buyer and my sale has now completed. They kept me updated throughout and managed my frustrations effectively and with patience and Anthony was a star at assuring me and understanding these setbacks and frustrations. I can not reccomend Anthony, Phil and the team at Kingswood enough for selling your property.

My whole experience was managed by Janine who is an absolute credit to the agency, she was helpful, beyond kind and patient and advocated for both myself and the vendor. The whole process was so quick, was not waiting on County once, every enquiry was answered quickly and in full. I am extremely pleased with the service and I was in my brand new property with 2 months of the first viewing!!! Thank you so much for Janine!!!!

Helped immediately with any issues and are responsive to email and portal messages. Emma in particular is very helpful and polite!. Every time I come to the office I’m greeted with a smile by staff.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Even though I did not meet the team at Susan Eve in person, or even visit the property during the sales process, they did a wonderful job and I knew that I was in good hands. They helped prepare the property for sale including cleaning, painting and decorating. They showed the property, found the buyer and worked with my solicitor to complete transaction. Great job, thank you!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

21st Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I live in Australia so finding consistency in terms of communication is difficult, believe me! until Jenna Parry (Portfolio manager) came into my life, she is quick and responsive, clear and decisive, easing my mind on more than one occasion. She is proficient on every level alluding to a positive attitude, clear communication and to top it all extremely considerate. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling for rentals from a overseas perspective.
