I liked how they had viewing agents, who specialised in showing properties to potential buyers, and kept me informed about the viewings, pluses about the property and negatives if any.

He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! If you need your property managing, you couldn’t find better! Thank you Lewis

31st Dec 2024 (18 days ago)Wanted to have the property valued for rental, made appointment date and time- they didn’t turn up or even communicate why they couldn’t attend. Terrible, the least they could do would let you know so not to waste your time.
18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We kept in constant contact over the purchase of the house. Darren kept me updated from his and sellers end of things and I kept him up to date with my end. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of viewings and all my questions and queries were answered promptly. Nice to see an estate agent actually doing some really good work. 10/10 from me.
