From the first meeting with Paul back in January to the completion yesterday I have been very impressed. Had an offer over the asking price within 4 days of it going up for sale. The Square Room came recommended to me and I can see why. Never did I think that the process would run so smoothly, but it has. Sue has been an absolute star and supported me all the way through, keeping me updated at each step.

13th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.- 3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Everyone we spoke to at Thornton Entwistle Green was really helpful. We started out with a panicky moment when we couldn't actually get into the property for them to do a valuation, but Shorna calmed us down and thought of plenty of alternatives. On occasions when we rang the office, everyone there seemed up-to-date on the status of the sale. It didn't really matter who answered the phone. They did all the viewings by themselves and made things really easy for us. I was touched by their enthusiasm for the property, when sometimes I couldn't appreciate it myself. It was an aunt's house and she hadn't been well enough to look after it for a while. As we don't live locally, we were particularly dependent on the estate agent to take care of everything. They recommended a good auctioneers, who were also really professional. I would definitely recommend Thornton Entwistle Green.

3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)SCAM artists i paid £138 for a holding deposit and because i failed credit check they have refused to give my deposit back. Im now £138 down! i will be taking this further
4th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Harris & Co were recommended to me and I am grateful they were, so far they have matched what I was told, looking forward to a long business relationship with Stuart and all the Team, all of whom are professional, friendly and informative ???????? So today a fully vetted and approved tenant moves in, really happy with everything EVERY team member of Harris & Co have done on my behalf, thank you, and the real time App is brilliant, best communication tool I've seen in my 10 years as a landlord. Totally professional - would give extra stars if could ?????????? ????

2nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Difficult market time with interest rates increasing resulted in low number of viewers. Unique had no control over this change which made us decide to take our home off the market.
30th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Rented out a property with them and it was shoddy from start to finish. Inspections were half arsed, communication was poor, the tenant check out process was basically just left for myself to deal with. The boiler needed work and it took them two months (and several follow up emails from me) for them to say the company hadn't responded. In the end, I sorted it myself. Not sure what I paid for every month but it wasn't the full management service like I expected edit: as you can see from their reply, they don't even have any of this on record - just proves my point about how disorganised they are. I am with a different rental company now thank goodness

19th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

After deciding to relocate from our home in Greater Manchester, we found a property in Cleveleys which Susan Eve were selling and proceeded to put in an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately this sale fell through and we once again began the hunt for a suitable property. We found the property which has now become our home which was also being sold by Susan Eve in Thornton. Carly was our point of contact and was professional yet personal in her approach as were all of the team that we dealt with. They were most thorough in keeping us up to date with the buying process throughout. On the day of moving in, we were presented with a welcome pack filled with information and goodies. I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone considering buying or selling their home. Well done ladies. Graham and Annette Cummings

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
