5th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)So disappointed in this company! Not following legal guidelines, a lady is selling her house through this company and this lady is buying my mums through this same company! My mums sale is taking months due to the purposeful delays of the sale of her house so delaying ours! This is costing us more money I want to remove mums house to another estate agent! Now told we can’t speak to the estate agent! Yet again another illegal move I will be taking further action I want mums house back
15th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Can't recommend enough! We sold our house with William H Brown at the start of 2026. It was exaclty four weeks from their initial viewing to completion, which is so impressive (we were very lucky with certain things but they certainly didn't waste any time). Every little bit of progress, they would let us know. They did all of the fiddly bits like sorting all of the documents we need and they had a good relationship with our solicitors, as well as our buyer. Literally so easy for us. Sam was super helpful and you can tell they all really cared about finding the best buyer for us. So grateful, thank you!!

They’ve made it so simple and reassuring for us as first time buyers. Sarah and Kirsty were there every step of the way, answered questions to anything we asked, guided us when we needed help and did everything to make us happy. We could not of had a better first time buying experience all from this team. We have Sarah and Kirsty to thank for it all. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jigsaw Estate Agents. The whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout. Communication was always clear and efficient, and any queries I had were handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that are both organised and approachable, and who clearly care about providing a high standard of service. Everyone at Jigsaw has always been helpful and easy to work with, which made the whole experience very smooth. Myah especially was a pleasure to deal with but the whole team are amazing. A big thank you to the entire team, I would highly recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agency!

11th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with my deceased mums house. McArthur is a local agent, and I believe in using local businesses, so I contacted them regarding selling the property. A decision I was happy with. No silly staggered fees or additional costs depending on how long on the market. A straight forward set fee plus VAT, perfect! From the initial visit to completion they have been great and the house went under offer in less than a fortnight. couple of communication hiccups early doors hut nothing major. Definitely recommend using.

10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
