Dee's experience proved invaluable in advising us in all aspects of the sale and the other staff also provided a highly professional service. We were ably assisted in the logistics of having 3 executors, all living a distance away and communication at every stage was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The photos were accurate, the admin etc was easy to complete, all of my questions were answered swiftly and the whole process to moving in was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

They were efficient with getting everything sorted and all the paperwork needed. We have not exchanged or completed yet but couldn’t fault them!

We had some issues along the way and their staff Neal & Keeley were both very supportive and worked things through with me every step of the way, with great communication between me and the person who went onto purchase my property! 18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA
9th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We sold and bought through Knight Frank and would highly recommend. All staff we had touch points with were so friendly, helpful, professional and prompt with responses. Particular praise goes to Gemma Hutton who went above and beyond from the outset. She was invaluable when chasing various parties when our exchange hit several roadblocks further up the chain. Gemma kept us regularly fully informed and worked tirelessly to help secure our exchange. Her dedication and highly personable personality made what was a stressful situation (through no fault of Knight Frank) much more palatable. A huge thank you to Gemma and the Knight Frank team.
21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Property was sold / completed on in an awful condition, required formal cleaning - no support when raised. Poor communication. Follow up communication that is irrelevant, out of touch and belies our experience. Estate agents that are true to the stereotype.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Website shows you can have a free valuation of your home. After deciding we would like to move, but needing to know how much our house is worth before really looking, i thought i would try CJ Hole for a valuation. Only to be told "we cant help you". I presume this is because they dont want to help if you dont have a house lined up or an eye on one to buy. How are you meant to know what houses to look at if you dont know the budget? After asking why, i was told "we dont really deal with that side of Cheltenham". Although our next door neighbours was sold via Cj Hole and is only 7minutes away. Will be using another estate agents to sell our house with who actually seem to want to help.

The professionalism of this firm is far and away the best we have come across in all of our dealings with Estate Agents and we could not finish without specifically mentioning Kemal Itah who epitomises the firm’s professionalism and was such a pleasure to deal with.

Proposed asking price was 5% under what was eventually offered but ultimately happy they secured the price.

Karl has let out and sold properties for me over the last few years and has always gone above and beyond my expectations... I have always felt confident that he's given me completely honest answers and guidance, rather than what I want to hear, finding him has been like gold dust, when it comes to buying/selling/letting, thank you so much Karl! 2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)A huge thanks to all the team at Horton & Senate! An exceptional service from valuation to completion. Justyn, Jennifer and Robyn were always on hand to make the entire process of selling completely stress free. We were in a rush to get our house on the market as we had our heart set on a house we could potentially loose considering our house wasn’t even on the market. Within a week it was photographed, listed on Rightmove and a block viewing booked in for the Saturday. It was sold within a week. They offer such a personalised service which is hard to come by with estate agents. We will be highly recommending you to family and friends. Thank you for helping our family secure our forever home.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
