I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price

23rd Feb 2026 (11 days ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !

We changed estate agents to Perry Bishop after 12 months and then quickly achieved the full asking price and completed.<br><br>It must further be said Abby recommended a great local solicitor ( the previous estate agent used one in another county !!!).<br><br>Well done Perry Bishop, selling a house in not as straight forward as when we bought it 30 years ago, but the process was smoothly and enthusiastically driven along.<br><br>John K

Communication is good, and Sigita and all the other member of the team are very helpful and friendly to deal with. They are also good at keeping us up to date with Landlord and Tenant law and other matters.

21st Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)The property we let is managed by Martin and Co. Whenever we have an issue, the maintenance team are quick to sort it, usually within 24 hours. We had a problem with our power this morning and they had an electrician around in just a few hours from when I reported the issue. This team is efficient and kind! Highly recommend

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. If we were to move again, we would not hesitate to ask Dan and his team to see our house for us. Thank you. ????
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
