He wasn't pushing any extras on us, he answered all the questions we had and simplified it for us (first time buyers), he was very easy to get a hold of and always responded fast. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage especially first time buyers who need someone to take the time and simplify the meanings with clear explanation.
6th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.- 23rd Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Eliana was our contact at Fox and Sons in Mutley for the house that we were purchasing. She was always extremely helpful and stayed in regular contact so that we knew how things were progressing. All in all she gave exceptional service and helped guide us through the move.

As soon as probate was granted he aligned peope to view and very soon we had an offer. He is a lovely man providing an excellent service. I would recommend 100% Many thanks
19th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. I can't thank them enough for helping with my sales and purchase.- 21st Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Following a bereavement I had to sell the family home, I wanted a local estate agent as they know the area well. Made an appointment to meet Lewis from Connells of Plympton at the property and he went through the options we had to sell the property, we decided to go with the modern auction method which was a great time saver as probate was delayed by several months. Lewis and the Connells team, along with the auctioneer kept in touch regularly throughout, and finally with Grant of probate, we commenced the auction. Lewis handled over two dozen viewings and oversaw the reserve and liaiased with bidders, being local he knows his patch well, plus i could keep tabs on the bids via the auctioneers website, which took the pressure off myself. The auction was done within 14 days and sold to our satisfaction, which has been a huge relief. The fees involved were very reasonable also, and we are grateful to Lewis and Connells for guiding us through the process. Will complete within 56 days period as well, so an outstanding service from Lewis and Connells and it is a pleasure to highly recommend them, if you're not sure, then ask someonewho is, only takes a phone call and they're more than happy to help and they're genuinely nice people.

23rd Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Just about to complete on a very lengthy and drawn out sale with a chain of 4 houses. Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
