Worst ever possible agents I have ever dealt with. Whether lettings, or, sales. I have worked in lettings and sales and never have such conducted of negligence, service, or customer care. Including their that Your Move Property Management.
Unreturned telephone calls and emails. There are problems here with individual flats (3 in total), with the stench of drugs, noise, bicycle and motor bike (which is a hazard on several levels), blocking both entrance and access to gas, water electricity meters and access to property and flat. Which obviously has consequences with bills.
There is no support at all.
I have reported remedial issues (non of which I caused). Including, no smoke/fire/carbon/ fire alarm,or fire doors to my flat.
This does not help with the neighbourhood issues. Which only began to realise after moving in in March 2015.
I had to have a guarantor, which I was not informed of the cost of £120.00 extra. Money you do not have at the time. Be wary.
There were no instructions regarding halogen hob, oven, water, electricity, gas meters. I did not receive an inventory until 10 days later!
Lack of information prior to deposit and moving in was stressful to say the least..
I have just spoken with head office to have a 'rolling contract',due to the fact that I'm moving in the next couple of months to a permanent home. Will see what happens.
