   My son and his partner regretted their decision to rent with them almost immediately. The property was fine, but the level of service and professionalism from the staff was simply shocking. The staff within the lettings department of Northampton were at least consistent with their lack of desire to help. With hindsight, the warnings were there from the beginning as I had to chase them for updates as the agency never showed any initiative. Once they were in the property, Howkins and Harrison perpetually used the excuse for their poor service that they didn't return calls or reply to emails as they were 'busier than usual', or 'the best person to do anything was out'. When eventually you get hold of someone, they're pleasant enough but don't expect anything they say or propose to actually happen without hours and hours of chasing.... Read more

   Very professional, reliable and approachable. Sold the house very quickly, and remained consistent during the long process that followed. Always replied promptly when we asked for updates and told us when anything happened, though we didn't have regular updates otherwise. We liked having one point of contact throughout the whole process who was always contactable. Would recommend.... Read more

   My partner and I have just bought our first home as first time buyers and used Henderson Connellan. We really can’t fault the guys at Hendersons at all! We were very nervous going into the process as first timers, but everything was explained well and with care; we felt like no question was a silly question.    expensive, our restaurant was valued in 85k after full year only 2 buyers came forward and the 2nd came after we were suggested by them to reduce price to 25k. Business never sold we had to close in the end because of health reasons and not fit to work anymore and still have to pay £1500 for their bad service and threats with bailifs. I would ring to make changes to the ad and changes never happened just too bad.... Read more
