6th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)I don’t yet rent any property with this agency, however, in booking my viewing, answering my questions and accommodating my viewing - the experience was absolutely seamless.
Restored my faith in estate agents. Went above and beyond. Hopefully if I rent their property, I feel at ease with them being my potential property manager.
6th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)I found fulfords n the staff were fantastic in dealing with renting of my house . Heidi Alexander was so helpful on any issues I had . I would definitely recommend Heidi n her staff to anyone wishing to rent out a property.
7th Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Samuels were very professional throughout my dealing with them. Despite not selling due to market conditions, Samuels could not have done more.for me.
30th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Lynn John and team went above and beyond to help us secure our purchase. We have been very impressed with the Burgoynes communication and support and would definitely have them at the top of our list should we need an estate agency in future.
30th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Dreadful experience with this agency. Rude and incompetent. Avoid
4th Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Very helpful and with good communication.
20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Great early experience with lots of viewers quickly. But after a couple weeks and views drop off so do they.
29th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I have being using Connells in Exeter for many years to find tenants for my property. I would say that Taya in particular in the lettings team has provided excellent service. Always bright and bubbly she has often provided information by email within minutes of my call. I know that I can call and the letting team will meet my needs. Thank you Connells and thank you Taya.
6th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Everyone I dealt with at Northwood was brilliant. They made the process of renting the easiest I've been through!- 25th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Awful experience. I got ignored for more than a month, prior the only communication I recieved was to keep reducing the price. 6 months on the market with 1 viewing, 2 days with a different estate agent at the same price and already have a viewing booked. They couldn't find my keys when I went to collect them and then found them but wouldnt return them to me. Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.
29th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Chris Clifford of Savills in Exeter provided a thoroughly professional service in promoting and selling our home.
In what was a very difficult market, Chris led the sale from the valuation, the presentation and through a number of challenges, to the successful exchange of contracts.
We have used Savills before and would highly recommend their service.
15th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.
29th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Martin & Co were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they sold my property in about a week.
9th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)I have been so lucky to have used Cardens for 23 years.
During that time they have expertly and brilliantly found new tenants and managed my rental property for me. Every step of the way I have found them to be professional and wonderful people to work with. I would like to send a special thank you to Beverley who has been a joy to work with, always available for advice and help when I needed it. A real partner throughout. If you have a property you'd like to let then do give her a call.
And when I came to sell my flat, the sales team - Andy & Mark - came over the hill like the cavalry, expertly selling the property in under 4 weeks during one of the toughest periods the UK has suffered in the property market. Very impressive.
I thoroughly recommend using Cardens for lettings & sales. Fantastic service by fantastic people who know what they're talking about. Thank you all.
16th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Thanks for everything . Emily was dealing with my renting application so efficiently and fast. The team is friendly and helpful and treats us with respect. We have been extremely impressed with the service offered by Winkworth.
Highly recommended !
19th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.
22nd Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Southgate originally acted as letting agents for our property - they are efficient, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. They have now acted as selling agents, this took a bit longer than anticipated but Southgate agents have kept us informed and been helpful during the whole process.
3rd Nov 2026 (5 days ago)Fantastic agent highly recommend
27th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I very nearly chose Fraser and Wheeler to sell my flat at first, but was swayed by the promises of another local estate agent. That decision turned out to be a costly one.
When I eventually came to Fraser and Wheeler they listened, understood my needs and took all the stress away. My flat was soon sold and everything went super smoothly. Communication was great - they were friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Easy website to use
9th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)A big thank you to Darren and the team at Hunters Real Estate for all their help with selling our property.
Things didn’t go to plan when the first sale fell through, but Darren stuck with us and continued to help us through the process until we got there. We really appreciate all the extra effort, care and attention he has given us..
Darren has always been helpful, easy to deal with and kept us updated along the way. It’s been great knowing we could rely on him to go the extra mile when needed.
Thanks again, Darren, for all your hard work and support. We really appreciate everything you’ve done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and Hunters Real Estate to anyone looking to sell their property.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We are very happy with our purchase. Initially we felt that the garden wasn’t quite right. However we are so pleased that we asked Francis Louis to clarify this to the sellers and manage a slight reduction on our behalf.
Thank you
18th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Friendly and efficient.
