11th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I had a valuation from Clarkes around 3 months ago when my property was already been marketed by another local agent<br>Had the good fortune to meet Andrea who gave me lots of useful tips which really helped improve the look of the flat in order to attract viewings<br>Andrea is honest, genuine, sympathetic and very knowledgeable.<br>At the time I was still locked up in a long sales agreement with another agent therefore couldn’t appoint Clarkes<br>The situation has now changed with regards to my property, and though there is no need to appoint Clarkes I definitely will next time I sell/ buy another property. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes to anyone.

14th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Took a while but Corbin came through for us. We had lots of viewings booked in and eventually a buyer. Wasn’t an easy sell as we had a kind of marmite place; you either loved it or hated it. Great communication from the team throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again if were to sell another property.

Dealing mainly with Dean and Jack who I can highly recommend, great communication, efficient and very successful in selling a great number of the apartment and many off plan too. Highly recommend.

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.- 3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)In the market where house sales take forever, solicitors are dormant and no one ever informs you about anything without chasing - choose Palmer Snell for such immortal life event as buying or selling your property. Seriously, nothing is too much of an ask for these guys - they follow up, communicate, find solutions, negotiate and deliver consistently. We worked with Ellis, Sid and Matthew have been an absolute pleasure to work with, very proffesional and exceptional at what they do. Could not recommend Palmer Snell highly enough. Thank you

One of the main reasons we chose Welcome Homes was because Leah came across as completely genuine, honest, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the current market, set realistic expectations, and talked us through a pricing strategy that gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>As we had already found a property we wanted to buy, we needed to get our house on the market quickly. The team turned everything around incredibly fast, and we were so pleased with the quality of the photos and the listing.<br><br>From then on, we dealt mostly with Lyndsey, who handled our viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale. She was always friendly, approachable, and excellent at communicating. Lyndsey sold our property very quickly, but what really stood out was everything that happened afterwards. 11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

He presents properties and associated sale and purchase options/strategy confidently, in a way that inspires confidence that he has done his homework. He accentuates the positives, but is realistic about any drawbacks. He follows up diligently and has a problem-solving, deal making mentality.
