After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Avenue Estates, and especially Savas, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help!

Matthew, was always on hand to talk about the progress and he also kept in close contact with the agents we were selling with and our solicitors. Even towards the end when we had to revisit completion dates, Matthew kept everyone informed and was proactive in getting the best outcome.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. 7th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently purchase a property with the help of Gavin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Gavin was very helpful all throughout a this process. As a first time buyer, I did not know everything and had a lot of questions, but Gavin always took the time to explain everything and make sure that I had the best outcome with everything. He was very transparent, attentive and supportive all throughout this; from start to finish, he was excellent in communicating and ensuring everything was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially as a first time buyer!

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Giving us all the information we needed, made sure we were happy and content with what we had seen and was very good communicating to us via email or phone. Also had contact with Isabelle and she was also amazing. No complaints to be made very happy with my service. Thank you
2nd Jun 2026 (27 days ago)The flat was over-valued by £30,000. Our contact left the company and we were not informed or told who our new primary contact was. Only 3 viewings in 9 months. One viewing was cancelled but we were not told so we sat here like ninnies for 20 minutes waiting for the door bell. The notice period was 28 days (most others are 14 or 21 days) and they insisted we see that out despite it being obvious we were unhappy with their service. The commission was a set fee but as the price was reduced, that became much greater than the industry standard 1%. The flat didn't sell through A&W so we have engaged another estate agent.

We had some logistics challenges arranging viewings as we were based in London. Leah was super responsive throughout the process and we could feel confident that we were in safe hands.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Simon exhibited excellent local knowledge and prepared a professional marketing package that accurately reflected the property. Sol, his business partner was diligent showing prospective purchasers the property. His feedback following each visit was first class. Overall, I was very impressed with the perseverance of the team at Simon and Co. A friendly and professional organisation that is thoroughly recommended.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. However, she was trustworthy and facilitated honest and open conversations throughout the process. Her professionalism and transparency stood out, and she is the only agent at Palmer Snell I would choose to do business with.
