Fantastic looking offices and first class customer service. Staff all work so hard and even accommodate us out of working hours.
They never reply my emails unless it's for their convenience. It was added in my tenancy agreement that nobody will visit the property without my permission and they tried it a few times. Even after we made a lot of complaints about it, there was once that we found one employee inside our home! The guy didn't even apologised properly for it... It's not possible to trust them...
All the team at Frost & Co. were so helpful and efficient throughout our process of buying and selling. They kept us informed every step of the way allowing a speedy and hassle-free purchase and sale.
In summary, top quality firm with excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Very poor service from start to finish with Frost & Co. from a tenants perspective. Always sided with the landlord, definitely one to avoid if you're a tenant.

Ten months ago I wrote a review on the Facebook page
I did it in desperation hoping this would get me my deposit back quicker
and just as I thought it did and it was given back to me the next day.
However since then I have recently moved again and used them as a reference and to my shock I was told that the agent responded with....
" they wouldn't rent to me again"
Nothing to do with miss payments or property damage or complaints.
It would seem that I have been victimised by writing a review!
Luckily I knew the new estate agent and was able to explain to them. ????
In a time where it's hard to buy and renting looks like something many of us may have to do for a few more years, this agent was prepared to ruin my chances of having a home.
Bournemouth is a small place and I don't believe you should have to put up and shut up.
My review has since been hidden but I will not allow this to go untold.
Just be careful when renting as this whole experience with this company could have caused me great stress!

I don't often leave a lot of reviews for companies but felt compelled to do so following my service from Slades in Southbourne and in particular Mark Anderson.
I've been looking for a property now for the last three months and although sadly the property we have decided to go for wasn't through Slades, it wasn't through lack of trying on his behalf.
Out of the 20 odd agents we initially registered our details with, they were the only ones with constant texts and calls the second they had a new property avalible and the viewings could subsequently be arranged almost immediately.
I viewed, I think from memory 4+ properties with Slades and Mark in total and his passion and professionalism shone on all the viewings and not once did we feel like anything was too much and we were being a pain.
The only down side to all this being was that as I say, the property we decided upon wasn't listed with them.
I would have no question using them for sales or lettings in the future and as with this review couldn't recommend them and in particular Mark anymore.

Slades work for the landlord. That's what they said when they also told me to stop contacting them about a problem with the water pressure in our kitchen, and that any future contact would be 'put to the bottom of the pile'.
The hot water in our kitchen takes over 3 minutes to get hot, and Slades don't see that as a problem, as there's apparently a law that states as long as it gets hot within 3 minutes, it's fine. It was upon asking Slades for evidence of this law that they told me to stop contacting them.
Customer service doesn't seem to exist at Slades, as they always make us (the tenants) feel like we're in the wrong reporting fundamental problems with a property we're paying a massive amount for each month.
I strongly recommend staying far away from Slades Lettings.
We have rented from this letting agent for 6 months now and they have been very pleasant and helpful with everything we have asked! So good we are about to re-new our contract!
Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE!
Total lack of professionalism, amateur behaviour, failed to validate prospective buyers financial viability, sales staff lied to both me and the eventual buyer who did not want to deal with them directly requiring me to manage the whole sale process directly with the buyer. Became aggressive and uncontactable by the phone, demanding payment and threatened lawyers 5 minutes after completion.
