2nd Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Winkworth Westbourne was our real estate agent and was great from the start. As a newly moved family to the UK from Sri Lanka they took time to explain all procedures and had a hassle free move in. I should mention our property manager Nino Ninikuri who was excellent. She was amazing with all advice and always was quick to respond to all queries we had despite how busy she was and with regards to all maintenance issues. She did make it feel like it was our own home. If choosing Winkworth Westbourne make sure you request for Nino as your property manager and you will not regret it.

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

26th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)From the day of our first contact with Katie I felt that we as sellers were in very competent experienced and capable hands and subsequent dealings with her staff confirmed the feeling of a team working very well and effectively together. We had several hiccups as the sale progressed but the team were unfailingly approachable kind and understanding. In particular Jack provided much practical help and assistance and Emma the Sales Progressor worked extremely hard and well in keeping a chain together and in sorting out associated problems. It was so pleasant to deal with the team - when i dropped off the keys for completion and subsequently it felt more like a meeting of friends. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
