Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

From first contact with Julie, we realised she understood our requirements and she has worked hard to keep us fully informed throughout the buying process. After acceptance of our offer, Jade’s advice has proved invaluable in guiding us through the following requirements of dealing with the offer and acceptance by the vendor. Both girls have been friendly, professional and treat us with total respect and understanding which has been invaluable for us. They are in my opinion an absolute credit to their profession. The whole team was professional, efficient and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. I would especially like to highlight Wendy, who was incredibly helpful and professional hroughout the process – always patient, proactive and clear in her updates. She consistently followed up on my questions, kept me informed at every stage and really helped to reduce the stress of buying a property. Sarah and Lorna were also very supportive and responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification. From viewings and negotiations through to completion, everything felt well organised and well managed. This was my first purchase through a limited company, and their guidance and coordination made a real difference. I am very grateful for all their efforts and would be more than happy to work with Next2buy again in the future. Highly recommended!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The Team have been very professional and outstanding, their communication with us has made the entire process feel less stressful, often going above and beyond. Lucy has been an amazing support throughout, our whole selling process, nothing was a problem no matter how inconsequential it seemed to be, she was always on hand to offer support and advice. There was always one of the team available for reassurances and to guide you.
