Completely non professional. Extremely fraudulent company. They will literally rip you off in your checkout inventory By the way the only 5 star rating they took is from their own manager. Extremely bad experience with this company. They are totally not professional. They signed my tenancy agreement without checking the electricity wirings and when they sent an electrician he said that the flat is unsafe to live in!!!. And after more than a month from the electricians visit they are refusing to send me the electricity report. Avoid dealing with this company... Read more

Very bad experience with this property company as management is very dishonest and extremely stingy. They will also avoid to pay for any repairs hence why their flats are running down. It has been extremely difficult to deal with Empire Capital and an unpleasant experience. Please avoid.... Read more
