I know that when people are happy they don't really waste time to come and leave comments probably this explains why keepmoat has so many house's sold in the area and not that many comments but personally we are very happy we chose them. If you are looking for a decent house for you and your family then this is the place ... just come in, find Kirsty and don't be afraid to open up and trust her advice as she will always help you loads...All you need is a bit of patience and understandment as what they do is huge( many employees, firms and house's they build in the same time) and I'm sure you will simply love the house you gonna get in at the end of it.... Kirsty is not only responding to your queries, Kirsty would let you know when you have front door installed, when they connected BT to your property, when there is street lightning installed. We had an appointment booked for 14:00, got a confirmation email shortly before we arrived at 14:00. The agent never turned up. We rang the office multiple times and were told to wait that someone was on their way. We waited for 40 minutes and only then did we get an email informing us that the office was closed for the day. I am very happy with the service provided by sales executive Kirsty. She has been absolutely brilliant - was there for us to answer any questions we had and put a lot of effort into getting us into our new home. She has been very supportive on our way and there was a great communication. Our house demo was great and the building manager provided a great detailed tour. We have now moved in and there are no major issues so far. House was left neat and tidy, we are very happy so far with the build quality and the installations. The house and the garden are lovely. The Keepmoat is the worst company I'm one of the home owners and everything is absolutely wrong they just care of you until you buy house after than nobody's care. For example I try to solve the problem with them about fibre optic that suppose to be able 1.5 year ago I live in the Keepmoat house 3 years All what I get is email where is explained why all my street don't have it but when we buy the hous we all been told we get fibre within couple months now you can read email what I get from them.:We have had response from our technical department regarding why there is no fibre on your road. After looking into this and liaising with site teams and Virgin Media they have confirmed that the reason for this is due to Virgin Media not installing the fibre into the roads at the time of build when scheduled to do so. The Technical department have confirmed that we will not be arranging for this to take place now as it would require digging up roads and cause lots of disruption. Virgin Media should be able to install fibre in the future once the road has been adopted, however this will not be happening for another 12 months or so. I would like to reiterate once again that this is not on oversight on Keepmoat behalf, it is purely down to Virgin Media not installing fibre at the time of build. Is they fault because if there is no fibre why all of as been told it will be in couple months.... Read more
