I have been living in this property as a tenant for 3+ years now and can honestly say I am in good hands with the Lanarkshire Letting team, they are always helpful and friendly and I can't fault them with anything.I have not had many issues with the property but when I have called with a problem it has always been dealt with promptly and efficiently.As an example, I called with a toilet leak yesterday and today they fitted a brand new one for me, no mess, no fuss, they just got the job done.Absolutely brilliant service, Thanks very much Team, I am a very happy customer :)... The folks at LLS have been our go to for years, we've had a number of rentals managed from cradle to grave without anymore than a phone call or two. 9 years on and you still get the care and attention as if you were a new client with an abundance of new properties on offer. Lanarkshire Lettings have managed 6 properties for me for 8 years and have recently sold 2. Their service is excellent, new tenants are sourced with minimum delay, properties are well maintained and their communications are very prompt and professional. They are nice, friendly people too! They found buyers for the two properties very quickly and I was amazed by the high sale prices they achieved. I would strongly recommend their services to all landlords and property sellers.... Absolutely shocking been messed about with deposit and house was in same condition as we moved into don’t get repairs fixed as they have a cowboy to do there stuff never go near this place guys UPDATE trying to charge £300 to paint 2 walls which I email to see if we had to paint never got back to us so lawyers will be getting involved absolute joke of a place... As a portfolio Landlord, I have now used Lanarkshire Letting and Sales several times for the full range of Letting services (tenant find only/full-management/referencing and compliance reports) as well as property sales. The service is very friendly, and efficient, and the quality of their marketing materials - photos and videos is excellent; their price is competative, and on every occasion, my properties have turned around very quickly, (important for a landlord) and with excellent tenants. Their key strength is the local, family nature of their business, which I have found makes them more easy to deal with than the 'big corporates' when you need something a bit more unusual or challenging. If there were a no star option I would choose that. This is THE WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. They literally couldn't care less about their tenants and ignored emails, phone calls etc from family member who was left in a freezing, damp, mould ridden house with no help whatsoever. They did absolutely nothing to help and also took most of the deposit for minute repairs. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of grief by avoiding this company.... Read more

Disgrace of a company will be glad never to have to deal with them again. They were incompetent, gave dates for appointments and inspections with a four hour window have you sitting in waiting and then don't show up. Staff have terrible couldn't care less attitudes. Stay clear of them if you can!!... Read more
