From our first meeting when Nick Lawton from the Stourbridge office came to value mom's bungalow he was very professional, not pushy and gave me confidence to put this sale in his hands. The sale was long and drawn out due to purchasers lower down the chain, but Nick chased all parties and relayed the information to us keeping us regularly updated.
