Douglas from SKPG came to my property via a recommendation and was a total breath of fresh air - completely different approach and really understood my situation and the issues I was having. He remained involved in the entire process, recommended conveyancers, removals teams and cleaning companies - I never got handed over to a more junior member of staff - and he had me an offer in 6 weeks - not once did he just sit back and not work to do everything he could to get my house sold.
