My building is managed by Strawberry Star. It feels like they only care about how to make money from the tenant but not provided good services. The block entrance door is damaged. No cleaner come to clean the communal area. The window is not cleaned but the cleaning fee is charged, and many many more.... Read more

My friends I’ve hear lots of bad things about this place online on customer service When you hear bad thing do your owner research and clarify what is what but pay attention my friend this place gives bad customer service not worth my time. Move on to better agent in area ok?
