I cannot recommend Websters enough, having used them for my recent house sale, I can only say they are simply the best. From the very start of my selling process to the end they have been professional, very helpful and have exceeded all my expectations. In particular Chris was amazing, I have never encountered such dedication and commitment as what Chris gave me, he went above and beyond what I expected so many times, and offered me support and help, every step of the way and his knowledge was immense. Chris even went out of his way to help me find a suitable property to purchase, offering me advice and help throughout the purchase, even though the property I bought was with another estate agent, Chris was there for me throughout. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Chris and his hard work and effort I would have given up. Thank you Websters for your outstanding customer service.

I’m giving five stars to Chris Dawes, who did everything in his powers (which seemed at times supernatural) to get my purchase pushed through. I felt I had a friend at my side who was actively looking out for me. My sellers felt the same about him — we are his biggest fans! Thank you Chris for your perseverance and your unflagging good humour and optimism in the times of darkest most desperate solicitor waffle! I love my new flat.

We chose Webster's as Alex was extremely professional and gave us a realistic valuation of our house, we knew they would do the best job at marketing our terrace house to its full potential. The professional photos really showed our property to its best. Ollie was very professional on the open day conducting the back to back viewings. A very special thanks to Chris for his dedication and persistence keeping the sale on track, being a constant point of contact in what could have easily been a collapsed chain. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, and will definitely be using them again if we move in the future.

Rented a property with Websters (previously Langford Estates) for two years. They were great from start to finish, always extremely quick to respond to and action any issues we had over time, friendly and very helpful with the move out process. We were treated like so much more than tenants and they really valued our comfort. We liked them/the property so much that we recommended to a friend who is taking over the property from us!

I would not recommend this agency. Poor service for renting. No boiler service in a year. Carbon monoxide detector, wires cut despite being property managed. This was replaced as soon as we raised this over 3 months into our tenancy.
Property not in a clean condition, smelt of smoke despite being a non smoking agreement. It took several months to get rid of the smell. The smell returns when all doors are shut. Property and garden left in a better condition than when we moved but have to pay £75 for a very small garden and over £100 pounds for house clean which is ridiculously over priced for the size of property and clearly had not been done before we moved in! We have photos as evidence. Staff member who showed property and liaised with us when we raised issues no longer works at websters so our word against theirs. Sadly a poor service, money making exercise.
