Difficult to deal with

I had arranged a viewing today, but when I arrived, no-one was there to show me around. After re-arranging my plans and my partner coming home early to attend the viewing, I rang Wilkins Vardy and I was first informed that the vendor had called in the morning to cancel. When I asked why I hadn't been notified, Joanne apologised and said that she had been busy and forgotten and "it was all last minute"! Poor attitude and very unprofessional - we had changed plans so that we could attend today - not good enough!
