I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company that seemingly materialised out of thin air with dozens of 5 star reviews being manufactured of out no where. Very suspicious.

Never heard of these guys before then suddenly a "For Sale" board gets hammered into the wall on Romford Rd of the private estate where I'm a Director of the Management Company. This is strictly forbidden under the terms all leases and freeholds. I dug a bit deeper and found 18 glowing reviews all posted on the same day 2 weeks ago. All highly suspicious. Are they real? I'll leave you to judge! Build your business honestly, whoever you are. Don't nail boards up where they're not wanted or allowed damaging private property and don't take local people in Forest Gate/Manor Park for mugs.
