We have had very positive experiences with several of their staff, including Shani the sales manager, Elza the tenancy co-ordinator and a few others. The standards have always been high. Highly recommend.

5th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)Extremely unhelpful. Tired to book a viewing only to be told I was rude (after spending my name out five times!!). I would advise to not use them for any sales. Beware of the rating, guys. Take a closer look at those five star reviews, I think they mostly look fake. DMCC bill comes to mind.
6th Mar 2025 (9 days ago)Absolutely brilliant estate agents - Portico were aggressive with their pricing but had sold equivalents at that price so I had faith. And that faith paid off. The whole process was smooth sailing, we got offers at the asking price and Portico were communicative and easy to deal with throughout the whole sale.

I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.

They were very efficient and faultless. I would highly recommended and will certainly used them in the future.
31st Oct 2024 (19 weeks ago)James was my estate agent at David Daniels, he has been responsive, reliable, transparent and most of all, calm throughout the (typically) stressful process of purchasing a flat! James went over and above to resolve questions and issues between solicitors to move things along as quickly as possible. I trusted his advice about when and how much to worry about things. I honestly don't think I would have been able to leave my rental property on the day my lease ended, and go straight to my newly purchased flat the same day, without his hard work behind the scenes. I burst into genuine tears of gratitude when he handed the keys over and he could not have been more lovely. I would recommend this guy to anyone :) Also, when he was on leave, his colleagues at David Daniels were also extremely communicative, reassuring and helpful. Love these guys.

18th Mar 2024 (11 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
