I had a very bad experience with this letting agent, please take picture of every spot when you rent from them as they will try to nock your deposit on ridiculous things, I will take it to the financial ombudsman as this is ridiculous.

This company seem to delight in making sure you get as little deposit back as possible. Stated to the landlord that the oven was not clean; however the landlord used photos of the kitchen taken by home4u as advertising pictures. I've since found someone else accused of the same thing and had the same amount of deposit withheld.
