Had a really poor experience with Alan Cummings when purchasing our home. They were deliberately obstructive in communicating between us and the vendor, creating unnecessary tensions which made the relationship fraught at times. They were slow to respond, quite often never getting back which was disappointing as it was a very complicated transaction and meant we regularly had to follow them up. There was no sales progression meaning the purchase went a lot slower than it needed to, and overall they made what should have been a really exciting time very stressful and unpleasant. Finally, after the purchase had completed it transpired that the managee had divulged our new address to people without our consent.... Read more
