A few weeks ago I reported a problem to the homeaway and am still waiting for answers. It is quiet and no information at all, seems like their business idea is to deceive people and they take no responsibility at all when hired through their website.
I rented a nice bungalow in Spain and it turned out that the promised pool was closed for a long time, although in the description of the property there were very nice pictures of the pool area!

I was invited here to attend a NELFT conference on chaplaincy for the organisation. The space is good and just near Victoria station. I would recommend this building for any public functions. I enjoyed being here for a while.

I like it here and that's not just because I work here. I enjoy building architecture as well as panoramic views and Portland house has those. It is also very close to Victoria underground and rail station plus Cardinal Place is right on the door step. Interesting and convenient and has two entry points.

Only know this place as a work place. Looks all fancy from outside but a dier inside. Receptionists at the front desk are the rudest people I've met. Awful!

Read this article from The Guardian about Homeaway before making a booking.
We had a terrible experience this summer after booking a holiday home in the Dordogne through the HomeAway website. As my wife is a wheelchair user we chose a house clearly advertised as wheelchair accessible and suitable for a disabled visitor. To be certain, we emailed the owner and, after receiving a reassuring reply, booked it, paying more than £3,000.
It turned out that the property had been seriously misrepresented by HomeAway. There were steps all over it. The wheelchair could not get into the corridor to access the bedrooms unless the arms were removed and the chair manhandled. It was impossible to get it into the bathroom and the gravel outside made it impossible for my wife to move about.
The holiday was a disaster. Normally, we would have just given up and gone home, but we had been joined by friends and family, and didn’t want to let them down. My wife, who is extremely stoical, found the whole thing humiliating. HomeAway denied any liability claiming it just lists properties.
