Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. If only all estates agents could be a bit more Kevin! I thoroughly recommend working with Kevin, he is an absolute credit to the agency.

22nd Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Pretty miserable experience selling my late brothers property through them. Sale was already agreed via another agent when Kfh took over their agency. Sale limped on for over 2 months but then fell through. Was persuaded to sell via their “modern auction method” which uses a third party company. Lots of issues and Kfh will not even return your calls when you go this route as they consider it then outside their remit. Ended up selling for 15% less than original sale agreed and stress was intense. This method is described as auction and I had assumed post auction that the buyer had all the information they had a right to at the beginning of the auction but actually the legal part is exactly the same as with any sale - much discussion between solicitors, new deeds having to be drawn up etc. The only difference appears to be that there is a time scale to adhere to making it incredibly stressful.

13th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Most estate agents tend to be quite ghastly people, but Edward Hocken and Emilia Minopoli should win awards for their poor behaviour at this branch.<br><br>During a proposed purchase, an independent Level 3 RICS survey identified significant issues with the property. Rather than keeping negotiations focused on the survey findings, Sales Branch Director Edward Hocken questioned my “reliability as a prospective buyer” and said KFH had “a gut feeling”. I found this extraordinarily unprofessional from a senior estate agent - aside from trying to foist a property onto me with active damp and structural issues.<br><br>The handling of the transaction was compounded by Sales Assistant Manager Emilia Minopoli repeatedly creating urgency around exchange and completion, including false deadlines around the seller’s circumstances and timescales.<br><br>I formally complained to KFH. After internal escalation, KFH confirmed that it considered Hocken’s conduct entirely appropriate and would take no action.<br><br>I have no issue with agents robustly representing their vendors. I do have an issue with personal comments, manufactured urgency and poor professional judgement. I ultimately withdrew and purchased a property that doesn’t have level 3 defects, and am so grateful to have avoided a costly headache.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not recommend KFH Battersea - nor the brand itself, for any purchase or rental.- 9th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)Marcus was very helpful, calm and polite and helped manage a smooth purchase.

She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

I actually inquired about another property which was I was told was already rented out so she recommended another property which fit our needs better. Overall, Shahad herself was very helpful to us. However, I will note that we did encounter some issues which is not in her hands - multiple discrepancies with payments through the Foxton’s website, receiving a rent in arrears notification when all was already paid for a month prior to moving in etc. Shahad assisted us in clearing up these confusions.- 5th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process.
