Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.
30th May 2026 (20 days ago)I had a great experience with KFH who helped me find and secure the first flat I’m renting on my own in London, so quite a big step for me. I dealt with Rosie who proactively reached out to me with the viewing opportunity and supported on the subsequent next steps around the offer, landlord liaising and move-in details. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient which made the process smooth and less daunting for me. Anyone would be in great hands with Rosie.

From start to finish they were communicative, helpful and understanding and got our flat sold extremely quickly. Kristel Lehtla was able to find an amazing tenant for our apartment in a matter of one afternoon, she is very diligent provides amazing advise, is extremely responsive and very friendly. She immediately understood our needs and requirements for renting our property and she found the perfect match Kristel made this process so seamless and smooth, we are hugely grateful for her support. After few months drop to £350 and change to auction line with exclusivity that not been discussed with me 6 months down the line now value at £300k What makes it worst the property is completely refurbished no issues and long lease. Just no due diligence, no client care and no professionalism which caused me an amount of financial loss on top of stress I have made the wrong choice dont do the same
