Would highly recommend.

She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. They weren’t overbearing during the property search like other big agents, and everything felt very streamlined and professional. The seller’s agent Lee also really eased the stress throughout the purchasing process with how responsive and easy to work with he was at all stages.

Annabell was incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for her help in making everything go so smoothly.<br><br>The whole process went really well, and we were able to secure the property around dates that worked comfortably for us. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I called, and the regular updates throughout the process were a real plus. It was reassuring to always know where we stood at each stage.<br><br>I especially appreciated the personalised service. Over the course of more than a year, I made repeated efforts to resolve an ongoing issue directly with the branch. Although I remained polite and tried to find a reasonable compromise, I felt my concerns were never taken seriously. Communication lacked empathy, and despite several discussions, I saw no meaningful action. Based on my experience, I expected a much more professional and considerate approach from a local business.
