She was quick to respond and always understanding and patient when we had questions. There was a little bit of miscommunication between which agent and branch of KFH we were dealing with but this was cleared up quickly and apologised for. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, checked in regularly, and made the whole process feel far less overwhelming than it usually is. When we eventually chose not to move forward with the property, Phillipa handled everything with complete understanding and zero pressure. Her communication was always clear, thoughtful, and grounded in what was best for me rather than simply trying to close a deal. What impressed me most was how naturally she balances friendliness with real expertise. She’s attentive, patient, and incredibly easy to work with, but also sharp, organised, and proactive behind the scenes. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. I’d happily recommend Phillipa to anyone starting a property search and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.

He was really thoughtful with our time, only suggesting properties that matched what we were looking for and stayed within budget. He always called beforehand to talk through properties before suggesting viewings, was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and made the whole process easy and stress?free. He was a great point of contact from start to finish, even staying calm and helpful when we ended up locked on a rooftop! Andrew the sales progressor worked tirelessly to ensure my purchase went through. Even with obstacles and hurdles he made sure I stayed well informed and made sure I got my keys. I would advise anybody buying or selling to use knights as without them this process wouldn’t have been completed. I will be using them again in the future.
