Have just sold a rental property through Assured Residential - it wasn't entirely straightforward (buyer issues) and James was a big help in communicating with the buyer and the solicitor to move things forward as well as supporting the final completion in my absence. James managed the sales process and kept me fully informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.I have had a long relationship with Assured who have assisted with renting my property on a let only basis and have been very happy with the professional service given.

My interaction with Assured Residential was marked by unprofessionalism. Despite receiving a call from John Oldfield, there was a complete lack of follow-up. This disregard for communication reflects poorly on their customer service standards. Disappointed with the experience.

I'm a Landlord and have been using Assured for over 7 years.
I'll get straight to the point, they are very professional and really know what they are doing.
When vetting potential tenants they are diligent, making sure each tenant is of good character. From there, they take pride in forming a great relationship with that tenant, meeting their needs as required and advising me when needed.
Kirsty manages my properties, she is extremely helpful, getting issues fixed quickly when they arise and making sure all safety inspections are conducted in a timely manner.
Further to the above, I have just sold a property with the help of James M. Despite various hurdles, all caused by buyers, James was steadfast in his approach. He communicated well with all parties, resulting in a successful sale.
Ross and his team take the stress out of letting and selling and receive my strongest recommendation for new customers, whether you are a potential tenant or landlord, Assured really will look after you.

Very unimpressed with the forceful nature of the service we had here. It was our first house but the the agent did not make the experience pleasant. Very pushy, very forceful while we were trying to navigate full time jobs and also buy our first home. Nothing was quick enough even though we closed in just under 5 months. Came across very patronising as well and were accused of a "lack of communication" at points when emails had just not been read. Would not use again or recommend to anyone

I've rented from Assured Residential for the past 3 years, and have just finished my tenancy. Ross, Kirsty and the team have been so helpful during this time, and have made everything so easy. Any maintenance issues with the property have been sorted out very promptly, and both the beginning and end of the tenancy were very straightforward processes.

Ross has been looking after my property for more than 12 years. As a landlord who is not based locally, I have been provided with nothing but extraordinary service.. stress free and personalised service. Their expertises in the rental property field and professionalism made things so easy for me. I have never experienced any issues with tenants over the past 12 years.
Kirsty in the office has been always helpful and patient. She has never failed to get back to me or follow it up whenever I requested something.
Assured residential also assisted me to sale my property recently. James provided me with most efficient service and he has gone of his way to help just to make sure the process goes smoothly.
Assured residential is truly a star in the industry. I would highly recommend their service!

I let my property with assured residential for 2 years and then recently sold with James from Assured Residential. They’ve always been helpful and realistic about issues with letting and selling. They provided good checks and got us excellent tenants. We gave them sole control to sort issues and issues were sorted quickly for tenants.
