Lauren and Kieran have been fantastic throughout the whole sale. The accuracy of there evaluation and marketing made this a very easy for the property to sell. In less than 48hrs from going online to accepting an offer. Communication was excellent and Lauren kept in touch with every update made. Selling a home can be extremely stressful, particularly when you have been there for 40 years. Their friendly team made it easier and always seemed to make time to talk things trough. Very friendly office.

Very pleased with the service for my recent house sale.
They know the local market - helping me pitch the house at the right level.
Quick to answer calls / emails and help get the transaction over the line.
Everyone was polite and professional with Rochelle being particularly helpful.
Have previously used for house purchase and finding tenants where they also did a good job.

Horrendous company never rent a property from this estate agents! they rent there properties out in a dreadful state don’t sort problems when reported, no co2 near boiler which is a legal requirement, carpets and walls in such a state that we had to replace them ourselves, and then not even 12months of living there, come home to a for sale sign outside the property with no prior warning!!!, so all moved out and keys handed in and considering we have paid over £1000 on carpets and re decorating balmer& Co have the audacity to withhold our deposit due to the one of the windows being cracked from the outside which we did not do and some holes on the wall where the TV had been. Rented many houses before and this company is by far the worst we have ever dealt with. 0 stars if it was an option
