We have used Arc Homes to sell our parents’ house in very difficult circumstances and we have to say they’ve been brilliant throughout the whole process. We had originally gone with a different estate agent and once we switched to Arc Homes, the difference in service and quality was huge.
We took advice from Dawn and she clearly knew exactly what was needed. The pictures were of excellent quality and we were able to secure a sale quickly.
From then on things became complicated and the sales progression service provided by Angela was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble. She dealt with all the parties involved and came up with solutions where problems arose and she really did save the day on a number of occasions.
I cannot speak highly enough of this firm and would definitely recommend them.

I have recently had very disappointing and unprofessional dealings with Arc Homes. After having an offer accepted and the property going SSTC, I called to book another viewing to take round my builder & to check that everything was in place for a fast completion. Arc Homes booked in a viewing for me and told me all paperwork was in place; then unexpectedly called me back an hour later to tell me that they have actually took more offers and 'the vendor has decided to go with another offer'.
I'm not sure at what point Arc Homes were planning on letting me know about the other offer if I hadn't have phoned up, or whether they treat all of their clients in such an unprofessional manner, but from my experiences I would not recommend them to anyone.

Successfully sold my home with their support this year, this is after attempting to move twice before with their support and realising timing wasn't right for me, despite having found a purchaser.
Having experienced various agencies while buying Arc sets a super high bar. Their customer care for both vendor and purchaser is second to none, it's Angela who magically does this. She is the glue that kept my sale on track when onwards purchase caused delays and has the patience of a saint!

Felt confident going with this company and seeing how many properties they managed but it was not a nice process at all! Staff were rude, entitled and not supportive considering how much money they got from me selling my property. They only managed to secure one viewing despite how popular the area is and frankly would never use them or recommend them again!
Update: I have not got the wrong company but it wasn’t recent so hopefully things have improved because you were rude throughout and very unhelpful and wouldn’t recommend and certainly were perplexed myself with the positive reviews and service we had.

Don't waste your money advertising with this company.
The manager is incompetent to ensure the keys are available for potential viewings even with 5 day notice of an intended viewing.
The manager was completely unaware the keys were not available until a phone call was made from outside a property to be viewed to ask where the agent was.
Basic skills of management are absent.
So don't waste your time or money selling or buying with ARC If you want a No fuss experience, better look elsewhere or be prepared for poor customer service.

The agent promptly scheduled a visit just days after our enquiry, showing great flexibility by accommodating our busy work schedule, even meeting on a Saturday morning when other agencies couldn’t. The meeting was pleasant, and the photos were taken the same day.
Despite some unforeseen delays in the sale process, Angela, who handled the sale progression, was a star. She maintained regular communication, reaching out almost every other day. Arc Homes were selling my mums house and we secured a buyer within a few weeks. My mum lives away from me and she was relocating to live close to me to help her more. Unfortunately my mum passed away before we were able to complete and we lost the sale. Arc Homes were very helpful and empathic during this very difficult time. They remarketed the house pending receiving Probate. The second buyer revoked his offer due to the wait for Probate but Arc Homes stepped in with another buyer on the same day for the same asking price which I was very grateful for. We sold within a few months. Arc Homes were amazing with my mum, made sure she was comfortable and looked after during viewings and when she needed ID for solicitors they helped by calling and making authorised copies of documents and forwarding to the solicitor. This was a huge help to me and they went well above their remit. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home, their communication was fabulous and their willingness to do just that bit more than their job was very refreshing. Arc Homes were a pleasant surprise and I was very grateful that they were there to help me through a difficult time as not only had my mum died but I then had to sell the family home entirely by myself and it was meant to be a new start for my mum to be closer to my home. They were just great

From the initial call and the valuation visit, then with the amazing quality photo's that are taken and the speed at which the property was online, through to the fantastic communications for any viewings and ultimately the several offers that I received, all the way through to completion. Friendly team. Been reasonably patient. Viewed in January, moved in July. Waited while I sold a flat to get a deposit. Then while I waited to find out my payrise so I could get an updated mortgage offer. Then we waited some more while the sellers finished renovating their new place.
Friendly team when I rocked up to collect the keys, gave me some chocolates and a shopping bag.
Had lots of communication throughout and after completion with queries for the previous owner.

Fantastic team at Arc! They sold our house within 2 weeks of putting it up for sale. Unfortunately it fell through to the buyer not being able to get his mortgage sorted in the end. Arc put it back up on the market and arranged a number of viewings and we accepted an offer again around a week or so later. Was kept up to date by Angela at all times throughout the selling process. She chased our buyers when needed and contacted our solicitors. Really helpful and friendly team. This is the second time we’ve used Arc to sell and would never go anywhere else! Thank you.

We had gave offer 101000 £ for the house which we viewed, and we spoke to the house owner she was more then happy, and we informed the agency Arc Homes, to receive a call the day after, the told as someone offered more (refusing to tell as how much ) we add 500 £ on our previous offer and we've told them we are waiting for the answer, to receive a call 2 days after, telling me the house has been sold with a little bit above our second offer.(refusing to mention how much the house sold for)
My point is, I feel like I was in a secret auction, anyway good luck for them as we got similar house with less the 100k

Cannot recommend the guys at Arc Homes enough, I was impressed from the very start. Dean was very professional on the valuation and was patient enough to explain the whole process to me. The property was listed very quickly and the viewings came in almost immediately.
The house was listed on the Monday and by the Saturday we had 7 viewings taking place. We had two offers and the house was marked as Sold by the Monday meaning we could move forward with the purchase of our next home.
Angela was great at chasing the solicitors for us and keeping us updated through the whole process.
I would not hesitate to use Arc Homes again should we wish to sell in the future.

1. When putting our house up for sale, Arc Homes made us feel like we were their number one priority. They explained everything easily and guaranteed they would deliver the best price they could and they sure did that!
2. Within 24 hours they had secured multiple viewings and really sold our home both in person and via photos.They were that impressive they actually sold our house before photos were taken and also due to an issue with our first buyer they managed to re-sell our house within 48 hours of it falling through.
3. Unlike other estate agents, when you have a buyer, their customer service doesn't stop there. They regularly (at least once a week) update you with every bit of information about your sale. A big thank you to the sales Progression team because they continously elucidated both the state of our sale but also our purchase (and that was with another agent).
I can honestly say I'm in no doubt that our sale and purchase only completed due to the hard efforts of the personnel employed within Arc Homes. Moving house Is never cheap but you get value for money If not more when choosing Arc. Hopefully I don't move anytime soon but if I did I would be straight back to Arc. Thanks again.

Well where do i begin, i used Arc Homes to sell my property, from the moment Deane walked through the door, not a random sales worker, but the Big Boss came to value my house and do the whole sales pitch thing that a few agents had done for us in the weeks before, most professional pitch, genuine, and honest, no slimmy sales talk, we choose them straight away before he had left, he didnt know it but we had, me and my wife did the "Nod"
All the facts and figures to back his knowledge of our property and possibilities of a sale were presented, obviously a down to earth chap and "real".
Once instructed to proceed, we sold the house in 4 days as promised, and from then on, what a team!! knowledgeable, patient, understanding and explaining of processes and procedures ahead. worked as go betweens between all parties, lovely phone manners, Lynsey holds the record for the quickest phone pick up it was a close call every time i rang, i think she actually picked it up before id finished dialing the number! what a team you have, more than happy with all aspects. i can talk a glass eye to sleep, and guess i could type so too.
but joking aside, i really had a pleasant experience even at the difficult times, with everyone in the team, supporting along the way by Angela predominantly as the progress supervisor. i hope anyone planning a sale uses these guys and experienced what we did.

Our house had an offer made and was accepted within 3 days of the listing going live. Dean did a really impressive job of the photography, virtual tour and overall a great & knowledgeable guy. We did insist we go against Deans advice and go higher with our asking price, which fortunately we managed to be successful with!
A shout out to Stacey who was always available, and sometimes even replied to an email inside the same minute of receiving one. Stacey treated my house sale as though it was the only one she was focused on. This exact same dedication followed through ten fold when Angela started at Arc Homes and began looking after our sale progression. Angela hit the ground running with our house sale. I have never dealt with someone who gave 1000% of their effort each and every day right through to completion day, updates or courtesy calls were never once an issue. We had a very unusual and difficult time getting things to progress due to the backward chain but Angela worked so hard and acted as though the house sale was her very own house sale. Through no fault of my own or Arc Homes, we faced a lot of unnecessary delays and encountered a bizzare experience but in the end Angela always remained professional, determined for us and brilliantly got us over the line.
Ultimately, working with Angela was an absolute pleasure, as was the case when speaking to any of the Arc Homes staff.

This estate agents are the only ones to use. Their quick response to my initial request to list my property for sale was sublime. Within an hour of the photos being taken they were down loaded on the internet and posted on every social media site possible. The property was then booked in for a viewing and the accepted offer was confirmed within 8 hours of the sale going on the market. They are so much more advanced than any other estate agents in the area it would be stupid no to use them. Also to add, the way they pushed the buyers and both solicitors was also very efficient and expertly done meaning a turnaround of under 12 weeks which in this current climate is an outstanding achievement. I asked my niece who she had sold her property with she did say it was a couple of years ago, and HMP in Atherton, but it was Dean who is now at Arc homes Atherton who she felt that he helped them so much in the sale of her house , so that she was able to secure her new home.. So Dean it was , and my home was SSTC. in less than 24 hours over the price advertised.

As a landlord I have bought and sold with many estate agents but I have found that Arc Homes have always handled the process professionally and they go above and beyond to keep the whole process on track and on time.
I would also recommend Arc Homes to any other landlords to manage there portfolios and find suitable reliable tenants. From finding the right tenant to sorting the deposit and contracts Arc Homes handle the full process attentively and without hitch every time.

Ok service , felt like we was chasing a lot. However, this didn’t help during the pandemic situation , once moved in a neighbour came knocking to say they had contacted arc to say our fence had blown down several days Before but arc not only didn’t sort anything but they never said anything to us we only found out once we had moved in, found that disappointing.
Thank you too Stacey for trying her best to help us with process of the house move.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Dean and the team at Arc Homes. Dean's valuation of my Dad's home was spot-on and we had a buyer in a couple of weeks. The service is excellent with frequent updates by professional and friendly staff. I'm so pleased with Arc Homes that I'm putting my home on the market with them next year and I didn't even consider dealing with any other estate agent. Recommended with zero reservations.

Once again a superb service from Arc in very challenging times too. My home was presented wonderfully and received lots of attention. An offer was made within days and the team at Arc were professional and supportive through what was a difficult set of circumstances - entirely outside mine and Arc's control.
Five stars again for Arc. As said before, could not recommend more highly. Sold two homes for me in 6 months! Thank you all for everything that you did to get this across the line!

Dean and Stacey are fabulous. My parents' property had been on the market for eight months and we had tried three agents before Arc came along. Other agents turned up late and didn't prepare the house. Their only strategy seemed to be to drop the price.
It took Dean just two weeks to find us a buyer. He arranged two viewings and both parties offered immediately - one offering the full asking price.
He has a fabulous knowledge about the area as well as the processes involved in buying and selling which made us feel very supported throughout. Unlike so many other estate agents, the team at Arc Homes live up to their promises and claims. They are friendly and approachable too, and always at the end of the phone.
I can't recommend them highly enough!

My partner Caren put her house on with arc estate agents on the Saturday 5th October 2019, there were 5 views at the same weekend, on the Monday we had an offer and more views that week, Arc were quick to inform us about viewings and updates, as well as recommending a solicitor, Arc went out of there way to inform and recommend with what to do, with advice, great photos and even a 3d view of the property where you can walk round, which was a virtual reality through our house, highly recommend these estate agents anything is not to much for them, fab we are so happy thanks
