I have had a terrible experience with Bidmead Cook in the Forest of Dean area. I am leasing a house that is managed by Bidmead Cook, the house was not cleaned or prepared for handover, there was so much dust, mould on the windows, mould bathrooms. The whole place smelled very bad and both my wife and I developed a cough soon after living there.

We had a nightmare just getting the key from Bidmead Cook. The washing machine doesn't work, the landlord refused to make it good so we decided to buy our own, and then Bidmead Cook told us that we can't move the landlord's machine out, but I don't think they even discussed this with the landord. We have been hand washing our clothes in the bath!

Bidmead Cook are very slow to reply to any emails, or they don't reply at all. The landlord has agreed to various small repair works, but after 1 month of living at the property nothing has been done because Bidmead Cook are a terrible management company who can't organise anything !!

She really went the extra mile to help us and our elderly relative sell the house. She was constantly reliable,approachable and friendly, and very sensitive to our elderly relatives needs and wishes. I would highly recommend Bidmead Cook & Fry-Thomas.
From start to finish the service they provided was just second to none. The staff at the Ebbw vale branch was just so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble, they provided quality marketing (full description/ measurements and a full range of photographs) full viewing feedback and regular updates. Once a suitable buyer was found I was again kept fully up to date with how the sale was progressing, and can honestly say It was the easiest house sale I have ever done and that was all due to the experienced and hardworking staff from Bidmead Cook.
By far the best the Estate Agents! Thank you once again, Keith.
