I must say that in addition to being a great professional that you can trust and contact at any time, she is a close, friendly person and if during the process you have questions or problems you can feel how she gets fully involved trying to find a solution.

The description and photos of the property encouraged a lot of interest and an offer was accepted within a few weeks of it being on sale. We were kept well informed of the feedback received after viewings. The whole process of the sale was completed in just over 6 months,.

Each member of the team has given me the time required and support with my endless queries. Be that showing me around the property, over the phone/via email, the service has been great.
I was treated with great professionalism and empathy. I wouldn't at all blame them for pulling their hair out the moment they got off the phone, but I am genuinely so thankful for the support, the service and proactive communications to help throughout the process.
