We have moved here in Nov 2017 and since then half of our holidays has gone in handling 300 snagging issues. We live @14 anglers way , feel free to drop in to chat before you make a decision to buy. Sales people will show one of the worlds best plans however once you will move you will realise the real pain. They will their best to get NHBC survey right and as soon as you give them good score , forget them. Even help to buy is thinking to take this scheme from this builder because of poor build quality. Please do check and buy carefully.... Read more

One of the worst customer services and builders. They will sell you in such a way that they are best. My son bought house from them and he had 300 snagging issues and till date many of them are not fixed. Their sales team represents as in very high specs however most of the site is struggling with horrendous plumbing and disasterous flooring issues. Think before you buy and try best to get things done before NHBC survey as they will do anything for that because they get penalised for it.... Read more

I'm giving four stars because Lyn, the sales adviser was very helpful from the start. She was very hands-on and always check in with updates. She always entertains our questions and concerns and she knows what she's doing.
When the property was completed and eventually moved in, there were few issues we encountered. Kevin and Damien were very helpful to fix the issues quickly. As of writing this review, we have some more issues with the house and we need to contact the customer care regarding these. To be honest, the customer care is very slow in responding to the issues and concerns. They need to improve in this area if they want to get a very good feedback from their buyers.
Overall, I am satisfied with the property we bought but I would also say that it's too early at this stage to assess the built quality.... Read more

One of the worst customer services team, I have list of 300 snagging issues and 75 pages. They will do everything to get NHBC survey right within first 90 days and then you get into difficult mode. Their Customer services Manager & MD both will promise you several things but nothing happens and this is all because of NHBC surveys, please feel free to visit my house first and see list of issues before buying from them.
